The location of the resort right at the pier was very convenient. The unit had a nice balcony with an oceanfront view. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The restaurants and bait shop added to the relaxing experience.

Name my husband went and celebrated at 55 year anniversary. Very nice room very nice hotel. The atmosphere was great. Location was good value guess could've been better. The room was very clean. The noise level acceptable. The only downfall to this place would be the breakfast buffet in the morning 1495 per person and $3.95 for a cup of coffee for $40 for me and my husband total ridiculous go out to eat for breakfast it's Holly recommended not to eat there.

Wife got stuck in the elevator, had to be saved by the fire department, a resident was videoing the pool/hot tub area with a ring camera. Facilities are worn and old, hot tubs were cold some days, the ones that were hot turned cold on other days, pools were frigid even though it’s advertised they’re heated. Room safe wouldn’t lock, asked maintenance to fix it, they did not, bathroom door came off hinges just by my kid opening it, so it was barely held on in the first place. This was not enjoyable, my family and I stayed here every year growing up, it’s falling apart, and the owners aren’t spending money on upkeep, if they are, they’re being ripped off because it’s fallen from where it used to be. The construction obscures the view from 2nd tower, had to listen to construction and cranes for 7 days and was sold an ocean front balcony to just see and listen to construction all week.

We enjoyed our 1 bedroom Oceanfront room...it's right over the Cherry Grove pier which it really beautiful at sunset and night time when the reflexion over the water...customer service was great even check in was quick. Love that they don't stress you into a presentation...this place is a little dated but well kept and clean...love that we had more then enough towels and wash cloths with full kitchen washer/dryer...parking is across the street in the garage...we do definitely be back for another stay...Hopefully the construction in the area will be done by then...if you are looking for family friendly area without the headache of tourism and traffic the is the place and area everything you need close by bar restaurant groceries store and beach all in walking distance

"Take a pass on Prince property."

We were lead to believe we were to be beachfront but were placed in building across the street from beach. We were placed in room that had 10 story construction crane in front of our (supposed ocean view) and construction of new hotel between us and beach. We lost a vacation day after we agreed to attend a promised 1 hour meeting for a Capital Vacation update that ended up taking 5 hours. It was a sales meeting to get us to buy more points. No incentive is worth that. The hotel restaurant is rarely open. Very deceptive on property description and high pressure update meeting. Room was okay and clean though.
