"Trip from hell"
October 2019 NEW
Our stay at this hotel was unbelievably the poorest of poor ratings. Thay never made our beds or changed linens or bath wash clothes or towels once during our 3 night stay. They did not clean our room once as well. They had a water pipe burst above our room and leaked through the ceiling into our lugage ruining our clean sllepwear and under garments. Further, ruined our fresh dry cleaned clothes to wear at our night events. AND the absolute worst was the water leak ruined my special 40 year old felt cowboy hat. It is badly stained! When asked about how they would like to compensate for the damage done they said it wasn't their problem...not their fault the pipe broke. That hat was given to me by my children for fathers day, it has a bullet hole in it (my son accidently shot it while I was wearing it), it was specifically chosen for the color, shape, and style after Lonesome Dove Robert Duvall (Augustus Mcrey) hat. It is priceless. You wont find another like it. I tried to settle to have it cleaned...they refused.

"Not worth the money"

We had booked a vacation package and. This is the motel we got. The staff was friendly but the beds were horrible our backs hurt so bad we got another motel so we had to spend extra money we hadn’t anticipated. Also the breakfast wasn’t to great. Won’t stay there again.

"Never again!"

I can honestly say I do not ever want to see this place again! Not even in passing. The staff was polite and friendly. That was the only good thing about it. We were there for 6 nights and that was six nights too long. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. I literally had to sleep on pillows to be able to move the next day. That did not make for a good nights sleep. Three nights I was only able to get 3 hours of sleep! Cinnamon rolls are great, but after 5 days in a row you want something else. Not much else to chose from. It is well maintained on the outside. However, it has a feel of not being cleaned as well as it should be on the inside. It made for a very unpleasant and unsatisfying vacation. Really disappointed.

My family and I stayed here over Labor Day and had a great experience. We stayed in one of their pet friendly rooms which was located in back of hotel right next to some grass, perfect for our pup. The only two reasons didn’t give this 5 stars was because I would have liked more blankets available in room. The ones provided were a bit thin for us. Their air conditioning worked TOO good. Lol. And the mattresses need a bit of a upgrade. Husband didn’t care for them, however myself and kids were fine. The best thing I enjoyed was the wonderful flowers, pool, hot tub and the cleanliness. I really tried to find a piece of trash and couldn’t. Very well kept up. Hot tub was perfect temp and the lady that takes care of the flowers around the place shouldn’t definitely get a raise. Breakfast was nothing fancy but did the job, had waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal etc. kids had waffles everyday of course. Located off strip also is what we liked not as busy. Family and I will be back to this place for sure.

Older place, but very well maintained. Excellent staff. Breakfast is OK, more than adequate. Rooms are clean and internet works. They do need more plugs in the rooms, as only one is easily accessible. Location is great! I would recommend this place to any budget conscious travelers!
