"Really Disappointed!"

I am really upset by this hotel. I have stayed here over 100 times but will never do so again. I am a Lifetime Diamond member and can’t think of a worse experience at a Hilton. I was just informed that the gym is closed here. This was not mentioned on the website when I made the reservation. I would never have booked this reservation if this was disclosed. I was not even told this when I checked in. I was told I can go to a gym 6 minutes away in the morning. It is freezing outside, I am not doing that. Shame on you NY Hilton. This is an ethical breach. You have lost a customer for life. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this hotel. I just can’t believe being treated this poorly.

The staff were very welcoming, especially in the Exec Lounge. Mr. Jose Cobos in particular! So kind to us! 5th floor cleaning staff and catering staff during the archbishop’s installation reception were great as well!
