Located in Midtown Manhattan's trendy Tribeca neighborhood, Moxy NYC Times Square offers pet-friendly boutique rooms with unique amenities such as clever under bed storage, flexible foldaway furniture, walk-in rain showers, and fast and free WiFi,

Macy's is only less than half a mile from the property and Penn Station is just two blocks away. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and an evening drink at the rooftop bar on the 18th floor with views of the Empire State Building (reservations are required).

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and air purification systems. Each room has a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries, a hairdryer, a pen pegboard closet with a foldaway hanging desk, a luggage rack, a bench and chair.

There is a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge.

Rooms are small and dark there is absolutely no storage for clothes or suitcases there are hangers and hooks on the walls if you use them your clothes are hanging in front of the mirror or tv. No fridge or coffee machine. I didn’t expect vast amounts of space in New York but this was another level. Obviously I looked at pictures before I went so sort of knew what to expect and because we weren’t planning on staying much in the room went ahead and booked because of the location however I found getting to sleep an issue as the music from the roof top bar was so loud especially on Friday and Saturday. On the plus side the hotel was clean the bar and the roof top and restaurant were really nice and the staff were lovely. Apart from the guy in the luggage room (didn’t speak one word) But the rooms were just awful I would definitely not stay again

Loved our stay overall, the hotel vibe was great, our room was clean and adorable. Staff member Imani was so attentive and helpful, it was much appreciated. Our only critique was the room being a little too warm for our comfort. They sent a technician to work on it and it got better for a bit but then would revert back. Other than that, location was excellent, the rooftop bars were fun, and staff was amazing.

I recently traveled from Maine to New York City, and while the trip itself was great, the standout experience—by far—was the exceptional service we received at the hotel, thanks to Giovanny. From the moment we arrived, Giovanny went well beyond what you typically expect. He didn’t just assist with our luggage—he took the time to understand our situation, including helping us find the best parking option for our large SUV (which, in NYC, is no small task). That alone saved us time, stress, and money. What really set him apart, though, was his attention to detail and genuine care. He proactively offered assistance before we even had to ask—bringing us ice, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and sharing helpful local insights that made navigating the city easier. Every interaction felt intentional, not transactional. In a city where service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Giovanny delivered the opposite: thoughtful, professional, and genuinely welcoming hospitality. He elevated our entire stay and turned what could have been a routine hotel visit into a memorable experience. If management is paying attention, this is the kind of team member who defines your brand. Highly recommended—and sincerely appreciated.

From check-in to check-out, Imani made my stay at Moxy NYC Times Square truly exceptional. She was warm, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Her energy, kindness, and genuine hospitality added so much to my overall experience and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but Imani absolutely did. She made my stay feel personal and memorable, and honestly, I will come back because of her. She represents outstanding customer service and is a huge part of what made this trip so enjoyable. The rooftop bar was also absolutely beautiful, great atmosphere, amazing vibes, and one of the best views in the city. Being able to see the Empire State Building from the rooftop made the experience even more special. Overall, an amazing stay and an experience I would highly recommend.
