Located in Midtown Manhattan's trendy Tribeca neighborhood, Moxy NYC Times Square offers pet-friendly boutique rooms with unique amenities such as clever under bed storage, flexible foldaway furniture, walk-in rain showers, and fast and free WiFi,

Macy's is only 656 feet from the property and Penn Station is just two blocks away. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and an evening drink at the rooftop bar on the 18th floor with views of the Empire State Building (reservations are required).

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and air purification systems. Each room has a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries, a hairdryer, a pen pegboard closet with a foldaway hanging desk, a luggage rack, a bench and chair.

There is a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge.

Madison Square Garden is 1,312 feet from Moxy NYC Times Square, while Empire State Building is 1,969 feet from the property. The nearest airport is LaGuardia Airport which is 6.2 miles from the hotel.

"Amazing customer service!"

Tiff, Letty, and Gio made me feel welcome in NY, which is not the case pretty much anywhere else! Would def stay here again and great location. Also, Gio has the taxi hook if/when Uber + Lyft decide to surge charge you into bankruptcy which is common out here so make sure you check both apps and talk to him before booking.

Fantastic service from the hotel team, they went to great lengths to make it a special trip for my daughter as we went to celebrate her exam results. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the nice touches like the free instamax hire went down very well. Great location and fun atmosphere.

"My first and last visit to the Moxy"

This review is based on my experience with the Moxy. The positive is the location. We wanted to stay near Macys Herald Square for Black Friday shopping and the location of the hotel was perfect. The security guard, I believe that’s his title, was super friendly from check-in. That’s the only positive I can give. I reserved a double room and they told me that stood for double occupancy. So we had a queen size bed for two people that needed two separate beds. And they had the audacity to tell me that was an upgrade. That closet of a room was considered an upgrade. Okay. We made do. It was my aunt and I so whatever. The noise was unbelievable. I don’t expect the outside noise to be low, it’s New York. I didn’t expect to be sleeping next to a nightclub all night on the 3rd floor. It was unbelievable. We didn’t sleep for three night. Then the worst part of all, the heat was not working. We reposted the cold room and they told us they couldn’t fix the issue because our “stuff” was in the way. 2 whole suitcases and slippers got in the way of them fixing the heat in the hotel room. On our final night the nice clerk offered to move us to another room. (Now they want to move us). We declined and he offered us a space heater but quickly rescinded when he realized they didn’t have any. At least we received blankets. Now the trip is over and I’ve been charged 30.00 a night Destination Fee on my credit card, which I already paid for on Delta Vacations. So I’m still dealing with the Moxy and I want to be done with them. The shopping was great though.

"Moxy Times Square!!!"

Always love staying at a Moxy in NYC. But this time was over the top amazing! We were treated like VIP’s thanks to Giovanny, he’s the best. Smells great, rooms are very clean and it’s always a vibe in there, the rooftop is amazing. Loved the customer service. Went to the barbershop and love it. The cafe was my favorite part, loved the coffee. The employees there are super friendly and nice. Will be coming back soon!
