Description

from Miracle of Christmas
MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS
After decades of crushing Roman rule, the Hebrew people are losing hope. When will the promised Messiah come? Into the midst of this turmoil, young Mary is told she will bear God’s Son.
Angels in heaven proclaim His birth; humble shepherds and regal kings pay Him homage. Clearly this is no ordinary baby! But who is He – really? Is He the Messiah, our Savior? Who can even believe such a thing!
Witness the event that is central to the season, brought to life on a panoramic stage with high drama, spectacular special effects and live animals – on stage and in the aisles.

THE FAMOUS STORY OF A HUMBLE BIRTH
Though it’s familiar to many, experiencing the events of Jesus’ birth always brings a new opportunity to consider such a profound plot — that God sent his only Son to live among us, ultimately providing forgiveness and the ability to receive a new life with Him for those who believe. A grand story with an uplifting message, it all began in the most unusual way: with a young girl named Mary, a perilous journey and a stable in the crowded little town of Bethlehem.

A ROYAL CELEBRATION
With enormous sets, elaborate costumes, immersive lighting and sound design, Miracle of Christmas is a jubilant re-creation of the Bible’s most celebrated story. Journey into the fields where the awestruck shepherds are met by a host of angels proclaiming the good news of the Messiah’s birth. Witness the wonder of the wise men as they bring gifts to the newborn King. And experience the joy of Mary and Joseph as they welcome their promised son into the world.

EXPLORE MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS THROUGH SONG
As the saying goes, sound is half of what we see. Mary rejoices. Joseph doubts. And it’s all beautifully scored in this original soundtrack.

I’ve seen four of Sight and Sound shows and everyone of them are excellent. Not only do they tell a story of trials we all face but triumph. There is always, what I call, a disaster scene that will take your breathe away. Everyone should see their shows. Samson was unbelievable. It’s over now but if you get a chance to see it again don’t miss it. Five stars

This was my family's second visit to the Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson. After my first visit, I was determined to return to see yet another fantastic play. The Samson play was everything I thought it would be and more. I was able to purchase excellent seats one month in advance and parking was easy. The Theatre offers snacks and drinks that were reasonably priced. Will definitely return for the next exciting spiritual play.

Ive seen lots of shows here over the years and all have been great. In fact the couple in front of us ask what was our favorite, I had told them all, but after seeing Samson, it was the most amazing ending and I can picture this ending as I've read the Bible through many times over the years. To see those pillars coming down was AWESOME. Looking forward to always see what Bible Story they will tell next. Understand that Noah is coming back in 2020

Most see this as a religious type show and while the shows are Bible stories , the shows are spectacular! The costumes, the original music, the animals are worthy of a place on Broadway. Totally AMAZING!
