"Great family vacation"

This was a family trip with grandma grandpa son, daughter-in-law and three Littles. It was a perfect four day vacation spot walking distance to the parks. If I did it again I wouldn’t waste renting a vehicle because everything we did was here. I may bring bottles of alcohol and snacks because once you were here, the location was very expensive to eat and drink. Breakfast was free so fill up while you’re at breakfast. The room says room for seven, but it was a really tight fit. The mattress on the pullout couch was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. ended up sleeping in the little boys room which actually wasn’t too bad.

"Avoid Legoland Hotel Florida!"

We made our reservation directly with Legoland Florida. We reserved two Ninjago rooms for 3 days (April 2nd – 5th) and were told they would be connecting. Upon arrival we were told they do not have connecting rooms. So we assumed the rooms would be next to each other or across the hall from each other. We arrived around 7 pm to find out that our rooms were not near each other and were at opposite ends of the building. They were as far apart as you could possibly be! Room 334 and room 303! How is this possible when you reserve and pay for two rooms on a single reservation! When I requested our rooms be moved closer together I was told there were no other rooms available. They told me to text them at 11 am, and they would contact housekeeping to see if our rooms could be moved. Again we were told that no new rooms were available. BUT, I witnessed 3 DIFFERENT FAMILIES MOVE INTO NEW EMPTY ROOMS, two of which were very close to one of our rooms. They could have easily moved one of our rooms. Each day we were there, I asked for our room to be moved closer, each day I was told there were no other rooms available, and again I saw new families move into empty rooms! Customer service was extremely lacking! We were continually being told they were sorry, and never even tried to offer any compensation for our inconvenience. One of our rooms were senior citizens (grandparents, one handicapped) in their seventies who had to walk all the way from one end of the building to the other to enjoy time with their grandchildren. The theming of the rooms is excellent as well as the breakfast (which is an outside company.) I would avoid the Legoland Hotel Florida, save your money and stay across the street! It’s very disheartening to spend a very large amount of money and be treated so poorly. Will never stay here again.

"Good, not great"

We stayed on the pirate side of the hotel. Cute theme and plenty of places to explore legos. Property was easy walk to park (literally just outside the gates) . One star off because, after unpacking, had to change rooms because the main TV would not turn on it could not be fixed which of course we did not notice until after being at the park and it was time to put our toddler to bed. Luckily we were able to get another room- it was just very inconvenient. We felt like for the price that all of the amenities in the room should have been checked to ensure that they were in working order before check in. Also the breakfast ( which we got as a bundle with our tickets) was not hot. The breakfast potatoes were the only item that was truly hot. The gravy was at least warm but nothing else would have passed a health inspection for appropriate serving temperature. Service was great.
