"Great decor"

Hotel is very thoughtful for kids. There’s sensory signs letting you know different levels, a potty training seat attached to the toilet for convenience and it doesn’t get in the way, little stools for the sink, and Lego bricks for days (the lobby, restaurants, room, pool..everywhere). The food was ok, what you would expect at a buffet style restaurant. The decor is great and very kid friendly. The main thing we didn’t like was how dark the halls and room was. I’m assuming because we stayed in the pirate side it was dark for the theme but it was so dark at night that we moved furniture to be able to eat under a light by the front door instead of the living room. That was the main issue for me and we asked maintenance if we were missing a switch and were reassured that’s the way it is. All in all it’s a cute hotel for kids who love Lego and want a quick walk to the park (5 minutes).

"Not fully happy"

A lot of things were closed without notice. And a lot of changes were made to the resort and park also without notice. The sea life was cute but not worth the price at all - they didn’t allow us to walk in with our coffee. Not happy with this times experience. Also the pirate show was cancelled this year

"Everything was Awesome!"

We went to Legoland for the first time with our 8 and 5 year old. We had a wonderful experience! I recommend staying at the resort as it offered such a great experience for the kids. They had nightly entertainment, daily lego workshops and the pool was very kid friendly with plenty of lifeguards! Food: Dinner- Shipwreck Restaurant 6/10 I feel that the meals at the Shipwreck restaurant were overpriced. Yes you get lots of food, but it's not cooked to order - It's very much buffet style where the meats/food are cooked the same and in bulk. Breakfast- 10/10 Breakfast was by far the best. No runny eggs, bacon cooked and just the right amount of crispy, etc. This was a full breakfast oh and mom's they have mimosas! Rooms- 9/10 The rooms were clean, and the kids enjoyed having their own sleeping space and treasure hunt! My only complaint is the lighting and needing extra bathroom space for a family of 4. Theme park- 10/10 Just enough thrill. We thoroughly enjoyed the theme parks and SeaLife! Peppa Pig was nice but mostly for smaller kids, and there is hardly any shade so wear sunscreen!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The stay was 5 Stars. The Bricks restaurant was AMAZING! Gretchen and Jeremiah went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. The stay was great, loved being so close to the park. I do wish the water park was bigger but other than that there are no complaints from us!
