"Best child friendly hotel!"

So staying at the Legoland hotel is not the cheapest option, however it makes up for it in amenities, convenience and staff! I Traveled with my Sister and 10 yr old nephew who is obsessed with lego. I dont think he has ever been so amazed in his life! The staff were all fantastic, and they really put those extra touches in to involve the kids and make it their hotel. From getting the kids to sign the check in form, to adressing the children over parents, to the disco elevator (which is great fun) and the practical things such as the child's toilet seat and step stools in the rooms. The theming is super over the top which is fantastic! There is lego to play with everywhere! And free lego to take home! The rooms are huge and sleep 5, with the kids getting their own area and tv. The king bed is amazing, I wish I could have sent it home with me. There are plenty of free activities for the kids and free buffet breakfast with made to order eggs. Legoland is literally just steps away. The only thing to remember is that it is a 1 hour drive from MCO and transport is not easy. Drive or pay the $100 uber. Super enjoyed the stay!

The weather was bad, cold and raining intermittently. Some acts were closed. Still saw the amazing constructions. Great for children and adults. My 3-year-old grandson was too young to appreciate the lego inspirations. We may try it again when he is older and the weather is better.

"Confusing and disadvantaged. "

Stayed a few nights around New Years. Made our reservations online. Confusing results. A date is chosen for dinner if you pay in advance, but when you show up you can use it any day. Park tickets were emailed the day before we arrived with instructions that only printed tickets are accepted, but were told phone version was fine. Website had confusing information about the New Years party, and a follow up call led us to believe it was at the hotel. It was not, and we missed out since we were not using our passes until the following day. Very disappointing. Arrival Checkin was a bit unclear after passing the parking attendant. Understaffin out front had created quite a line of backed up cars along the road and entrance. Checkin went ok. A bit rushed, even though there was no one in line behind us. Elevator usually had a wait, but could usually get the second one. The lobby was a mad house throughout the trip. Loud and chaotic. The room was clean and mostly quiet. Water pressure in the shower was miserable. Like an old Brita pitcher. WiFi didn’t work unless you went down to the lobby to first sign in. Fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off, even after they made up the room. Kids bunk area has a puzzle safe with a toy for each kid. Mixed messages on whether it was refilled each day. We accidentally left the DoNotDisturb sign out the first day, so no new toy. Told the front desk we might have missed the next day toy, and they told us they don’t do it any more. The next day, the kids did receive new toys. So confused and inconsistent. Pool doesn’t open until 11, which is the same time as checkout. Again, disappointed kids. Had hoped to get in a nice morning swim before checking out. The location is very convenient, but no more park perks like early entry. Not sure there are any other good option nearby. Might be good for a night, but with no pool in the morning that further lessens any advantage of staying here. For the money, rounding this down from 2.5 stars.

we where at the park the week all school started back in USA and thanks to that there was no lines so the kids and us two adults was very happy. Sadly everyone working at LEGOLAND seemed so overworked or tired after Christmas no one did anything to be nice and helpful or even pretend to be. I am surprised since last time it wasn’t like that. I hope management are treating the employees well or that might be the issue. Still the kids love it every time.

The Beach theme rooms are magical. There was room for all 4 of us, there was a king bed and bunk beds. The breakfast was amazing, it made us want to wake up early, it will save you a penny if you plan on going to the park. Definitely recommend if you are going to the park no doubt.
