DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! BED BUGS AND UNRESPONSIVE GENERAL MANAGER. I stayed here for three nights. In those three nights I encountered (1) a drawer full of unused condoms. Requested a full clean. (2) A used wash cloth over the shower bar AFTER the requested full clean and (3) BED BUGS. Bites appeared the second night I was there but I thought - mosquitos surely. Nope. Continued the following night. Pictures attached. The kicker? Called Hilton and they said the GM had to address. Been trying to get ahold of ROXANNE for 5 days now. She is NEVER available. Hilton won't do anything and keeps pointing me back to her. I've stayed worldwide and NEVER had such a DISGUSTING experience or such TERRIBLE customer service. I am out a suitcase, some clothing that shrunk due to heat needed to kill bed bugs and have been dealing with extreme itchiness the last 5 days. If that sounds like your ideal, by all means go ahead and book.

We booked a king room, pre paid, on the Doubletree website. When we arrived, we were told we booked a Queen bed, but they didn't have any available so they upgraded us to a corner king room. Upon entering the room, we realized the bed was jammed into a corner of the room, so that there was only a foot of space on the left side of space between the wall and the bed. There was no nightstand on that side of the bed at all. The floor between the bed and the wall was literally covered in dust. Both of us use CPAP machines, which means that one of us had to put our machine on that dirty floor. We managed to rig something up to keep the machine off the floor, which was fine. However, as soon as I started using my machine it immediately picked up all the nasty smells that exist in that carpet, including cigarette smoke. The TV didn't work at all. When I checked all the cables in the back everything was connected, but it was all covered in a think layer of dust. We mentioned it to the front desk as we checked out the following morning and were told that the staff the previous evening should've told us they were switching cable lines, and that we needed to the TV on to channel 5 for it to work. Also, while we didn't plan to use the pool, there was no advanced notice that the pool was closed at all, other than a tiny little sign at the front desk. Apparently, this has been a problem for quite some time as I've seen it mentioned in other reviews. Super disappointed in this hotel. It is absolutely not up to Hilton or Doubletree standards. I can't recommend anyone else staying here.

This DoubleTree seems to be an older hotel that has done a few updates. Seemed like they might have been short staffed as housekeepers were working at 8:00pm. I was disappointed that the pool was closed the gym had working equipment and free weights. Breakfast wasn’t free. Shower curtain needs replaced and the rug appears dirty. This is the second DoubleTree we’ve stayed at within the past week, both hotels had these half pillows, never seen that before, personally I don’t care for them.

Went with my family, first issue - pool was closed. Small sign at reception but no prior warning. Once we get to the room there is no sofa bed for my son, OK I request a rollaway bed - nope they have none. OK, I ask for a twin room - none available. OK, I ask for two adjoining rooms - none available. At this point Laura on the front desk could honestly not give a sh*t - it was clear she had no interest in helping us at all. All the options mentioned above I had to ask for. In the end we moved hotel and she 'kindly' only charged us for 1 night - for a room we spent 2 minutes in and didn't mess up in any way. Gold member too, counts for nothing these days.

"Dirty, Broken Down, and Dangerous - AVOID!"

Worst Doubletree ever! Where to start? Only one elevator operational (and has been for over a week based on other reviews). The only operational one has torn up carpeting and a tripping hazard. The room had wires exposed and hanging off the wall, exposed smoke detector brackets, a broken shower wand that wouldn’t shut off while showering spraying water everywhere, a tiny sink with zero counter space falling off the wall, etc. Looking for a pen or paper? Forget it. Also, be aware there’s no room service or even new towels unless specifically requested the night before but you won’t be informed of this. And the ice maker isn’t working on the floor either. Just an awful, dirty hotel that you might find in a third world country and a stain on the Doubletree brand. Doubletree corporate should shut this place down. DO NOT STAY HERE!
