Accommodations range from cozy mini-suites to two-bedroom deluxe units that sleep up to ten guests. Each suite offers practical touches like kitchenettes or full kitchens, ideal for families and longer stays. Guests enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, 24-hour front desk support, and optional pet-friendly units.

Four outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a game room provide on-site entertainment, while EV charging stations and free parking offer added convenience. Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Nice location and customer service desk help was nice and maintenance guy was punctual but brought us a dirty microwave when we informed the service desk that we didn't have one in our studio room, so we asked the housekeeping lady that came to clean the tub in our room that we hadn't even used yet but had a dirt ring around the inside of it. She cleaned both . The unit smelled very musty, it looked like there had been some water damage in the partial kitchen because the wood skirt of the cabinets looked warped and you could just see that it was water damage. The couch also smelled bad! We also had a problem with our room door lock, it just powered out or something because it just didn't light up at all and didn't work, so we had to go tell the desk and wait for an hour or so before they could send someone to fix it. We really should have asked for a new unit but didn't think there was anything available for us due to the way we paid on the internet.

Property is run down. Furniture in the unit we stayed in was saggy and unclean. Pool and hot tub was ok. Thin walls between units so very noisy. Thank goodness we rented using a certificate because if we had paid full price we would have been extremely disappointed.

When I checked in there was a man chasing a woman in the parking lot. Another lady ran inside and asked them to call 911. The clark said they would call security. I check in via the kiosk and was assigned a 2nd floor suite that was supposed to sleep 6. I am disabled and stairs are hard for me. But since there was so much going on, I just decided to not worry about it. My husband had to haul a 55 lb wheel chair up the stairs for 2 nights. The suite was 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The bath tub was raised very high off the floor and was difficult for me to get in and out of. There was also mold in the grout that had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time. After the second night, we asked to swith to a room on the first floor and was more accessible friendly. They accomodated us and we were able to move to another suite with a full kitchen and a walk in shower. This one was much nicer. However, the walls in these units are paper thin. The occupants in the next unit were yelling constantly, even into the middle of the night. They were also smoking pot constantly and it was coming into our unit. Also, in both units we were in, there were adjoining doors, that would not lock on our side. So, at anytime, another party could have gained access to our room and belongings. Not great security. In the second unit, there was also a closet, with an adjoinging closet door on the other side. Not sure if it could be opened from the other side. But kind of concercning, none the less. Overall, I would not stay at this resort again due to the lack of privacy, and security.

TRAVELLERS BE WARNED!!! This place is a running a SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK your Vacations Stay here, you will surely regret it. No matter how nice the picture looks. This place is not a resort as the name suggests. It's more like a run down road side motel. There many sanitary, health and safety of codes violations at this place. At first, waited over 1 hour just to check in and the furnitures in the terrible shape including the beds. We had to endure one night stay with rodent and ants infestation in our food from the kitchen. There were loud music playing outside our door at 1 am. At one point, the police were called. We had to check out early the next due to horrible conditions of the room we staying and address our concerns with clerk. The clerk assured us that property manager will reimburse us with refund for 3 nights we did not used because the rodent issue. But, they refused to address the issue nor give us our money back the inconvenience they have caused. This place should be shut down and put out of business for scamming unaware tourists to who are visiting Florida for the first time. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Florida State Attorney General Office and the Bureau for consumer protection for their health and safety violations not to mention the illegal business practices of false advertising.

"Don't stay there a dump"

We had two sweets, they were both dirty cabinets broken, smelled no soap no tissue. The tub had a huge crack in the floor. Both places were broken down. Two TVs did not work the plugs were cut off. The bed were uncomfortable and made horrible noise. The toilet was running keeping us up all night it took three days to fix. Went to the outside bar to watch the game TV's didn't work.

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older to check in at the resort.

Are all room type non-smoking at this resort?

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment.

Is parking free?

Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.

Is housekeeping service complimentary?

Please keep in mind that Legacy Vacation Resorts do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*. *Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the resort's Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services.
