Room was very dirty. Bathtub was very dirty with stains in it. Head bored and sheets were very dirty, like the sheets hadn't been changed, Hair and everything else on the sheets. I think this is because they have little kids working and cleaning the rooms and they know nothing about cleaning or care about making it clean. The crew i saw there was only worried about her cell phone. I will never stay there again. We had 5 rooms too. That was alot of revenue for La Quinta.

Rooms were very dirty and outdated. My family and I went out and bought cleaning products to clean the urine and dirt from around the tub and toilets. Curtains were broke in room so we couldn’t close them and had no privacy. Pool was cloudy and not clear. And refrigerator had to be cleaned as well. I will never stay there again

Too many issues. Shuttle service not running as advertised which left us stranded. Water turned off which was know could happen at check in but we were not informed of. Animals allowed loose and barking and scaring my child at the pool.

We stayed here to take our daughter to Kings Dominion. We just needed a place to crash after an exhausting day at the park. The staff were friendly. We were allowed to park there and shuttle to the park before officially checking in. Room itself served the purpose. Breakfast was adequate. Pets are allowed and we were bothered by a yappy dog on our second night but that's on us for staying in a place that allows pets.

I stayed for a Sunday night while on a trip from Atlanta to DC. When I first walked in the room, it smelled as if someone had maybe smoked there but it wasn't recently. When I woke in the middle of the night to use the restroom in my socks, I noticed that roughly 20 feet of the carpet was damp. The outside temperature had been in the 80's and 90's with high humidity for the last several days, but it shouldn't have caused this type of dampness. The bathroom faucet was very "low flow" and the sink drain plug was missing. Easy to drop jewelry down there. Also, the sink drain was backed up, so water pooled in the sink every time I used it. I'll try one of the several nearby hotels before I return there.

Do NOT stay here if you can help it. It’s a trap! Online photos are not accurate representation of the hotel which had a leaky ceiling in the foyer near elevator. They were using an office trash can to collect water as it streamed through ceiling. Ask to see the rooms before signing in! -Dirty, stained blood colored substance on bed sheets -No TV/Dish /service was down/out -bug in the room -Bug in lobby area -Front desk attendant rude -dirty carpets in room and hallways -Manager not located on site The awful thing about this place was that the attendant knew there was no TV service but did not warn us and give us the option of canceling our reservation since the property could not provide all of the amenities. Secondly, the attendant lied and said the Dish/satellite service was knocked out by the storm and that somebody was on the way to fix it. Not true—I talked to several families who had checked into the property and had been there for a few days. Guests told me there was no TV service from approximately 10 AM in the morning--and we had checked in at 8:30 p.m. The attendant said the storm that came through the area at 4pm knocked out the satellite— not true. I was so upset that the front desk attendant lied to me. I even called the hotel next-door to LaQuinta to ask if their TV services were working and they were working!! La Quinta’s front desk attendant withheld information just to get rooms booked at the customer’s expense!! He gave me the manager’s Card with her phone number on it—but of course it rang right to his front desk when I called. I called their corporate customer guest services to report the issues because I could not speak to that property manager. When he found out I was speaking to guest services I was offered another room to stay—but they still had no TV service!! We weren’t offered a discount because the TVs /Dish services weren’t working. When I asked him again about speaking to the manager he told me that he could not do that! He just continued to give us the run around and we decided to go to another hotel and we’re trying to make sure we weren’t charged for cancellation. My sister had to insist he call his manager! He reluctantly and with an attitude called her. She seemed pleasant, was aware of the tv service being out and told us that we could “go and stay elsewhere if we wished.” I understand people need their jobs and money but this was horrible. We were not charged for canceling the stay but it took 6 days for the pending charges to be credited back to my credit card. What a terrible experience!
