"Good place to stay while on the road."

Just a quick note. First time at this Fairfield but wanted to note the room is much better than the room I just stayed in at the AC Hotel in Columbus. Clean and bright. It’s also relatively quiet being just off of 95. The front desk person was nice and very helpful with dinner ideas. Good place to stay while on the road.

"Worst Experience! Will NOT Use Them As Corporate Account"

Worst hotel experience! I have a corporate account with this hotel for years and will no longer be considering using them. My business stay was for 3 weeks and I had to request my room to be switched 3xs due to loud noise. When given a room on the top floor to my surprise there was loud banging and someone running across back and forth. This was going on for Hours. Front desk was already aware I needed my sleep during the day due to my night shift job. That was the reason why my room was switched many times due to noise. But now this time you think they would give me a courtesy email, call or text that randomly some construction work was scheduled for today? Instead I had to ask and was told there was construction for Hvac going on. This sounds so shady and ridiculous since I never heard of a worker running back and forth with heavy shoes doing Hvac work. Is this some type of circus or weird olympics going on with the staff? I asked the staff here when I approached them and can honestly say the whole interaction with them was extremely awkward. One maintenance guy explained to me there was construction and at that same moment speaking with him I saw someone exit from the roof as I was there discussing the noise. Coincidence or not? Neither one of them wanted to give me eye contact after the whole ordeal. I was just told they will speak with them. If you are part of staff, I expect you to know your job role better than what you think. Its not rocket science. You got one job. You all are aware there are clients here in their rooms. What game are we playing here? Let me make the final move. You just lost my business with this corporate account.

"Great priced option in Ashland"

Was a very good priced option in Ashland and although on a main road into Ashland the traffic noise was minimum. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast in the morning. Great option for an overnight stay. Walked to the excellent mexican restraunt next door.

We stayed here for a local event. There were several large groups here this weekend. I was afraid it would be noisy but it was fine. Our room was very nice, everything worked well and was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom floor was very slippery, like the cleaner had not been mopped up or rinsed. The breakfast was very nice.

"Nice hotel"

This was the fourth hotel we stayed at during a recent family vacation and it was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and new/recently updated. The breakfast area was a decent size with all the typical items. Unfortunately, they only have fresh made waffles on the weekends - as an alternate they had prepacked waffles which were good just not as good as fresh.
