Our stay was very pleasant the staff was outstanding especially Rudy he was attentive and very helpful providing outstanding breakfast service. Our room was clean and nice. The location was centralized to all our schedule of activities.

"Scams, Roaches, Moldy Carpets.. Oh my!"

Absolutely horrible. They will charge you at random for smoking fees when no smoking occurred. This has happened to me and multiple other colleagues throughout the multiple years coming here. After the now fourth incident in one year, I am leaving this review as a warning - do not breathe in your room, because apparently anything can set the smoke alarm off, triggering an automatic $500 charge to your room - even if you are not in the room! We had photographs and receipts as evidence, and they only successfully returned the charge for one of the four people affected! Terrible customer service!! You can expect moldy rooms, roaches in your fridge, toilets that don't work, and you might get tacked with a $500 smoking fee, especially if you are in a group booking! Beware, be safe, and go with virtually any other hotel in Downtown SA!

It was very nice and clean.. just minutes away from the riverwalk!! It came with free breakfast.. eggs, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee… Plus free happy hour drinks!! Bartender Bob wasent too friendly.. but we had a great 2 note stay!! Highly recommend this hotel 👍👌👌

While I had numerous problems with my room, Maintenance Engineer Jocelyn Baca went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND, to help correct my issues, and she was even able to help me switch rooms. Amazing customer service led by Jocelyn and Team.
