There was some trouble finding my reservation at first but Connie was the one that was able to find it. She was SO HELPFUL and KIND. I really appreciate her hard work and her willingness to continue to try and find our reservation. It wouldn’t have been found without her dedication. She was so patient and provided such great service, she should be rewarded! Thank you, Connie!

This hotel was one offered for the convention I attended in San Antonio. Positives: Easy walking distance to the convention center, the Alamo, Alamodome, Tower of America, the Shops at River Center mall, and the Riverwalk. Things that were OK: the room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. It comes with a coffee maker, desk, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles shaped like the state of Texas. Improvement: Breakfast only had wheat & white bread. English muffins and bagels would be a nice addition. Room: The carpet appeared dirty, so I did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. The desk chair's faux-leather seat was peeling. The chair was functional, but I found pieces of the seat on the bathroom floor and bed, as it stuck to my pants and fell off in those areas. We had monsoon rain one night of my stay (7 inches at the airport). I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling. Luckily, this was above the shower head in the bathroom. But it sprayed enough to get the toilet and the bathroom floor wet. This showed me that it had happened in the past (multiple times) because I could then see the water damage to the bathroom ceiling, door frame, and the floor jam separating the bathroom tile from the carpet. I did report this to the front desk upon check-out. Last note: From/to the airport/hotel is roughly $30.00. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but the hotel needs some updates.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were so kind! Pool was perfect. We made several new friends from all over. The River walk was within 5 minutes of walking distance and even the Alamo! The River walk is so interesting as the shops are cool and the restaurants are very intriguing! Amazing city to visit and the hotel is a definite perk!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is a little dated but clean and conveniently located to most everything; restaurants, shopping, and the Riverwalk. They have a guarded parking lot that is $25-42/nt. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I am getting charged $200 for "smoking" when I have never smoked in my life...management keeps ignoring calls and saying they're "investigating". I am so disappointed. If you plan on blow-drying or flat ironing your hair... do not bother since you'll be charged an outrageous fee for setting off their sensors.
