Everyone was so amazingly friendly, especially our room attendant Victoria. She took great care of us the room was perfectly clean and she put a personal touch on our daughter’s stuffies which made it extra special. The pool was great, and the attendants were very kind and told us when it wasn’t going to be busy which was really nice. And the concierge got us great last minute reservations for our group of 14 which made our trip extra special.

I stayed at the Intercontinental for a Convention. My room was large and comfortable and despite being near the elevator and pool, I thought the soundproofing was good. The lobby is large and comfortable. Azure, the restaurant, was overpriced but the server made the experience a good one. The staff, and especially my room attendant, were excellent.

It has been about 20 years since we stayed at this hotel and it was great. The hotel is nice and clean and in a great location. We had a great view of the lake and the area. The service was great especially the staff at the front desk and we dealt with Paul.

"Great location and clean. But Internet is not free like mention on their site."
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5

The choice of the hotel for its location, its cleanliness was very good. The room had been pre-paid. The only problem is when we arrived they added the amenities fees. They are indicated on the site, but do not include them when booking. The worst thing is that on the sheet, it is written that the fees are used to pay, among other things, the internet, which is however listed as free on the site. 2 small bottles of water at $.50 and a $10 discount for the restaurant, which we did not use and a few other things that we did not use either. So it is false to say on the site that they offer free internet, because it charges it in the fees. For most people who can paid this kind of hotel maybe it's ok, but when you use your economy to try a little bit of luxe, it's 25$ + taxes too much
