"Business Friendly Hotel"

The location is excellent, and the rooms are what you would expect for a great business hotel. I had club lounge access, and the staff were exceptional with a special mention to Malak. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend the IHG Toronto.

"Ripoff with hidden fees"

What a ripoff. These jerks charged me $56.50 in “Amenity Fees” as we were checking out without telling us before we checked in. Hotel needs to tell guests about this in advance. Not hit them as they are checking out. Go stay somewhere else. Lots of honest hotels in Toronto without being ripped off by the Intercontinental.

"Amazing stay in Toronto!"

Lovely stay! Service was top-notch — Malak was such a huge help in helping us plan our day’s activities and was very attentive to our needs. The location is also very good — for those who like shopping, Eaton Centre is very nearby and St Lawrence’s Market is just a short walk away!

I have been staying at this hotel for years and the one consistent thing is the quality and service. Mesfin, who works in the restaurant, has been working at the Intercontinental 29 years. He is the best. He makes this place even better. Excellent!

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel! Thank you Wendy for checking us in and arranging spa services for us. Her assistance made our visit even more enjoyable. We especially appreciate her kindness in granting us a late checkout which truly makes the membership feel worthwhile. A special thank you to all the staff as well.
