We stayed here for 4 days during Canada Day Week. Booked the club floor which was very much worth the money. The club had a fabulous morning breakfast with hot items and quick continental items. Great coffee and espresso. The evening cocktail hour (which was 5-7) had an open bar with fingers foods that would suitable for a meal. Love the Canadian themed one on Canada day! Room was really nice and spacious…we had a great view. We had absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Local was perfect to see everything…

I upgraded to 8th floor concierge level and it was worth it. The view from my hotel window was exceptional. Paul, Malak, and Ciaran were extremely helpful and pleasant. Steps from CN Tower.

"Lake view is a must"

We were really pleased with our choice and the ‘lake view high floor’ really made special. We were really fortunate to have a ‘lake view and sky tower view’ and we could also see the trains coming in and out of the station, the planes landing and taking off on the lake airport…really interesting view. Lovely breakfast with great staff.

The location is perfect cn tower is 5 mins away and near all of the shops, the room was perfect, lovely size rooms shower amazing and storage was brilliant much better than the IHG hotel we are staying in New York. Also asked for late checkout which was agreed at a small charge Negatives, 35 dollar a day charge for use of all amenities on site this has been mentioned before on previous reviews, why do they charge this they did explain but made no sense. It was also our 30 wedding anniversary and we did tell them to do something special, nothing was done so quite disappointed as we have had anniversary or birthday celebration before at other hotels and something was always done. The staff I can’t comment as had no interaction until the last day. Breakfast overall pricing at hotel ridiculously expensive always eat out. We are currently staying at hotel intercontinental Times Square which is a worse hotel again IHG group review to follow but don’t think will be staying at IHG hotel again though
