This was our first visit to this Hyatt and it is a real delight. Attractive and modern with great employees. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Sterile hotel with trite and somewhat unfriendly staff. Had to drag all my bags back out to vehicle to put parking pass on windshield under threat of towing after very long day. Hotel has not soul and is isolated from any close restaurants or nightlife....Yes, close to Airport, that's about it

he hotel location is great. I was able to get in and out easily via Route 73 and local streets. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose well. I stayed there during the low season.

Overall, this is a conveniently located hotel near John Wayne Airport in Costa Mesa / Newport Beach area. It is clean, comfortable, easy to navigate, with a nice breakfast lounge and bar.

The hotel staff were the best part of this hotel, everyone was super attentive and sweet. Breakfast was free as a globalist, and it was really good. Room is a bit on the smaller side but very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
