"Lovely hotel"
September 2018
We got the suite 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was really big and just a overall great experience with the staff. Breakfast was over the top . It was way different compared to other breakfast hotels. The diner inside was bomb.food had flavor and the guy in there was very informative. They also give discounts on Disneyland ticket..whaaaatttt!!! They have a big pool . Everything there was great. I recommend for people to stay here. Only thing that kind sucked was that they only gave 2 parking stalls for it. I came with a family of 3 for 2 bedroom 2 bath with 4 queen beds and only 2. So they told us about a parking down the street for 24$ a day. I was hoping to get another parking stall since i paid so much for the room, but overall great hotel great food and great stay.

Nice place to stay close to Disneyland. Easy walking distance to Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Bubba Gumps, Pizza Press. Clean & tidy but would really missed a balcony to sit out at night whilst kids rested after long days at Theme parks.Stayed at Howard Johnson last visit to the US & found that better value for money & better with 3 teenage kids.

"Accessible rooms are frustrating"

We had two rooms in our party, and both of us were put into accessible rooms (us 411, them 211), I assume because we checked in late. The room we were supposed to be in was a "Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds", but it was far from deluxe. I assume that because it was an accessible room there were fewer pieces of furniture—other than the beds, a tv stand, fridge/microwave, and a VERY small desk, there was nothing else. This meant that and we had to have our stuff all on the floor—and for a family of 4, that's a lot of stuff. There wasn't even any counter space in the bathroom, and we had to use the ironing board as a counter—I am not kidding, there was a toilet and a very small wall mounted sink with no place to put things. There was more than enough room to have some kind of counter in there though! This was extremely frustrating to have to deal with for 4 days. There weren't even any luggage racks to at least get one or two bags off the floor. There were other frustrating issues as well, like the shower head cable being very old and constantly turning to point at the curtain, and the drain that would not drain quick enough so 5 minutes into your shower you were standing in 2 inches of water. The AC fan was extremely loud, and the AC turns off when it doesn't detect movement, so it gets hot at night with 4 people in there... You also get back from disneyland in a stuffy room since it turns off when you're not there. Finally, there are no blackout blinds, there are faux wood shutters that let in a bunch of light. However, with all that said, if you need an accessible room with room for a wheelchair, etc, then this might be a good option...

It was great for our Disneyland trip.It was about a 10 min walk to Disneyland. It had free breakfast every morning.Mske your own waffles, egg, and fresh fruit and yogurt. It was good. The pool and hot tub were nice. It also has washers and dryers for doing laundry which came in handy as we camped coming up the oregan coast. The rooms were clean and a good size. Would stay here again.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to any requests. It is only a short (10-15 minute) walk to the front gate, but there is also an ART shuttle directly in front of the hotel that you can buy daily passes for. The only downside was the noise from the shower above us that woke me up both nights, but it was otherwise a great place to stay.
