Important Information

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.
Parking: Parking fee is $30 plus tax per night. Unfortunately, due to space, additional vehicles cannot be accommodated. A parking permit will be issued at check-in. You may leave your vehicle in the parking lot until 12:00pm on your departure day. You should move your vehicle to a Disney parking location if you will be visiting Disneyland past 12:00pm on your check-out date. RV and oversized vehicles that cannot fit in one parking space are not permitted. Parking is for hotel guests only.

"Do not recommend"

Weird place. Super close to Disney but the atmosphere is off - proportions, lighting, it’s just off and gives a creepy, odd vibe. It’s located on the corner of 2 busy streets so lots of noise and light (from the plastic plantation shutters). Parking is a must pay which feels ridiculous and finally the sheets are thin and scratchy. Overall do not recommend and wish I had stayed slightly further away to get a better hotel.

The desert palms location is a good location but atmosphere is great the rooms are clean the noise level you could barely hear service was great keep up the good work and the amenities perfect and breakfast was great it was hot and convenient. Desert Palm stuff keep up the great work

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Great location that is walking distance to Disneyland. Free breakfast with nice indoor and outdoor dining area. There is also a restaurant on site offering a variety of cuisine with hassle free ordering options for your convenience. Would choose to stay at this hotel with my family all over again!

Breakfast food was horrible, beds were hard and uncomfortable, they only bring you clean towels everyday. On vacation and I had to make the beds.
