Location is great for Disneyland and the atmosphere is friendly and plenty of things for the kids to do. Great value for your money clean accommodating rooms. Service is wonderful as usual.

I have to say the customer service at this location is amazing, Jennifer at the front desk and Nicole in reservations saved our trip! We had booked 3 nights with reward points and found out the morning before our stay that we wouldn’t be able make it to Anaheim on the day we planned so we called Wyndham reward travel to modify of reservation and the rewards travel agent couldn’t figure out how to modify our stay, so she called the hotel directly for help and Nicole and Jennifer made it happen. They even made sure the reward agent refunded our reward points for the night we canceled. As Disney pass holders this hotel is our go to hotel whenever we visit Disneyland/DCA.

Amazing customer service from Jennifer. My family and I come to California once a year and visit Disneyland. There are a ton of hotels to choose from but we always go to the hojo mainly because of their customer service. Jennifer made me feel like helping me plan the perfect trip to the hotel was exciting for her as well. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She was so kind and caring and will keep us coming back to the hojo every summer. She gave me detailed responses and helped me make a decision that was the best for my family. Thank you Jennifer and the hojo team for making us feel like the hotel truly is our home away from home.

Location is great. The rest is blah. Booked a room for 5. Only after booking did they say that in order to sleep 5 we had to pay for a roll away bed every night. Ended up having to upgrade the room and bring our own mattress for 5th. That added $120 to the trip. We were put in their back tower. Not a big deal. Except all amenities are way up front. If you want to load your car or luggage to the hotel room, they only have carts in the main building. Every other building you’re out of luck. They also cleaned only 1 time in 4 days. Location is the best part.
