Excellent! This hotel is so fresh and clean, smells really good when you walk in. Exactly what I am looking for in a Home 2 Suites. The manager was helpful. Location is good, there are some restaurants around. Also, a Marriott, Hilton Tru and one other hotel, so you have options. Right off the 10 freeway. $75 Pet fee, and there is a $10 parking fee.

We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton at The Rim, and this visit was definitely an improvement over our past stays. The front desk team, especially Anita, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The kitchen crew also stepped up their game; breakfast had a much better spread than in previous years. I was a little disappointed not to see oatmeal out, but since space is limited, they keep it in the back. The breakfast attendant (I believe her name was Helen or Ellen) kindly brought some out for me, and it was delicious. I really appreciated her hospitality. Overall, the lobby staff and breakfast team made this stay feel much more pleasant. Great job to management for the noticeable upgrade in service! As for the accommodations, the room and bathroom could use some renovations. The space felt a bit dated, and the shower had low water pressure and inconsistent hot water, which made getting ready take longer than usual. For the price point, especially since this location is on the higher end compared to other Hilton properties nearby, I would love to see some updates. That said, the hotel’s proximity to shopping, restaurants, and our family keeps us coming back. With a few upgrades, this could easily be a top choice in the area. Overall, a good stay with wonderful front staff, and we would return.
