Clean and super comfortable beds. The hotel was super quiet. The a/c work well and got fresh towels for my second day. The check in was easy and fast less than 3 minutes. The fridge is big enough to fit multiple Iteams. The restroom was clean and trash was taking care for overnight stay.

I recently stayed at your property on June 3rd and 4th, and I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Upon arrival, I found that essential amenities were missing in my room, including a blow dryer. I had to wait for 30 minutes with wet hair while housekeeping brought one to my room. Additionally, the beds were not made, and although the towels were folded, no fresh towels were provided during my stay. To add to the inconvenience, tea bags were provided but there was no tea kettle available to prepare the tea. I called multiple times to report these issues, including the missing blow dryer, but unfortunately received no compensation or even a response acknowledging the inconvenience. The lack of attention to these concerns left me disappointed and frustrated, especially given the expectations I had for a property of your reputation. I would appreciate any follow-up or acknowledgment of these matters and hope that improvements are made to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your attention to this feedback.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites! The staff were all very helpful and friendly during our stay. The proximity of the hotel was really close to Disneyland, and the shuttle that takes you to the front of the park picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel.

The room was comfortable. The pillows were perfect. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and body wash was awesome. The pool was EXTRA clean. The walk to Disneyland was so easy! We were able to have breakfast in the restaurant and enjoy resting on our off day from the parks.

Best part of this hotel is location - you can walk 15 min to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Otherwise, the rooms are very old from the 1980's and need updated badly. Room was clean and comfortable. HVAC worked great. Breakfast was nothing special.
