Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando offers complimentary WiFi throughout the property's public spaces as well as in guest rooms. A 24-hour business center with wireless printing, copying, and faxing is available. With a 24-hour fitness center, it is easy to relax and unwind while keeping your fitness routine in check. Other amenities include a Splash Zone Pool for kids and an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle service to Universal Orlando Resort if you prefer the shuttle rather than the walk. Shuttle services and transportation to other Orlando area attractions are available for a fee and can be arranged at the hotel's concierge desk.

Dining is easy as TGI Fridays on-site is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A Kids' eat-free program for registered hotel guests is available. This hotel is the worst, the room they gave me smelled too bad, like mold, humidity and dust, bed linen old and Yellow towels, I couldn't sleep because of the strong smell on the sheets of mold! Totally unacceptable. there is no good lighting in the room so it's a little dark and the corridors are dirty and old, it doesn't have a mini market either, it has nothing!! The oldest and unhygienic.

Under average hotel. Conveniently located if going to Universal but be aware that the nightly parking fee is $27, might as well get a better hotel and park at universal. Breakfast is $18 for fake eggs. Staff at hotel and TGI Friday are wonderful.

Have to recommend staying here. My family and I had a great experience, thanks to a low price, great staff, great amenities, and shuttle service to Universal Studios. The 24-hour weight room was super-helpful, as was the water cooler. I also must particularly thank staff person Lisbel, whose help was tremendous!

RED FLAG 🚩 FIRE AND EMERGENCY HAZARD ENTERING AND EXITING THE PROPERTY YOU LEAVE 30 MINUTES EARLY JUST TO GET OFF THE PREMISES WITH A STUPID GATE SYSTEM YOU HAVE TO PAY EVERY TIME THE PAR GOES UP AND DOWN. I WAS CHARGED AGAIN CHECKING IN FOR MY STAY NOT INCLUDING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MY STAY. I AM AN IHG MEMBER AND I RECEIVED THE WORST ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN IN FOR AN HOLIDAY INN / IHG CHAIN I WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT. I HAD AND AN IMPORTANT VENUE TO ATTEND SO I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT THAT TIME OF CHECK IM. AFTER THE VENUE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SEVERELY OUTDATED AND SEEM OUT OF CODE NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE VERY UNSAFE AND UNSATISFACTORY PARKING SYSTEM YOU WILL GET TRAPPED IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL A BUSY REPRESENTATIVE HELPS YOU BY WALKING TO THE GATE TO OPEN IR FOR YOU EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR PARKING AT CHECK IN..
