  • Incidental Deposit: Historic Rocky Waters Inn places a $50 nightly incidental hold on your credit card, up to a maximum of $200. If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released after check-out. If there are charges, they’ll be applied to the card on file.
  • Destination Fee: A $15 plus tax destination fee will be collected upon arrival.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there. It’s was a very convenient location. Our only issue was parking we have a decent sized truck and it was a tight squeeze for the parking space we had.

The inn keepers are very friendly, helpful,responsive. The atmosphere is perfect and the setting along side the creek is perfect. This location is close enough downtown to park on arrival and walk everywhere in downtown Gatlinburg. Rooms are clean and ammenities are plenty for the weekend getaway.

Our experience at Rocky waters historic inn was beyond our expectations. Our beautiful room overlooking the flowing river was one of the highlights not to mention the best personal service I’ve had at a boutique hotel. Keith and Kaley looked after all our needs. On arrival Keith personally greeted us and had a bottle of chilled sparkling wine in the fridge. The room was immaculate with great amenities even the body wash and shampoo was Divine. The room obviously was more expensive on weekends. We would have paid the price on the weekends for sure but we got the room on Sunday and Monday for nearly 3x less. Plus a wonderful breakfast is complementary at the Heirloom where we dined a few nights previous with friends. AMAZING food Amazing staff. We were kindly asked if we needed the room cleaning or fresh towels. This hotel is where we will be staying with our wedding party that are coming from England in October 2026 with out fail. Walking distance to all Gatlinburg has to offer. Thank you for making my first time in The Smokey’s memorable Matthew & Xarah Xavier-Pitts
