  • Incidental Deposit: Historic Rocky Waters Inn places a $50 nightly incidental hold on your credit card, up to a maximum of $200. If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released after check-out. If there are charges, they’ll be applied to the card on file.

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky Waters! The innkeepers were amazing and very helpful! Our parking spot was uncovered on the outside of the hotel, but we never had any problems parking. We enjoyed our private balcony overlooking the water and had no noise problems. We will definitely stay here again in the future! I have a Nespresso at home, so I felt right at home with the espresso machine in the room!

We second the previous reviews. Loved listening to the river through our open door in the evenings. We found the location perfect. We walked to dinner each night and the proximity to SMNP was perfect. We were not able to partake in breakfast since it wasn't served until 8am and we were long in the park by then. We drove an Expedition and had no problem parking our vehicle. Man at check in (from Chicago) was great in answering our questions and helping with our arrival. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Noise was non-existent due to river sounds. We did not ask for daily service but received it anyway. Nice to get more coffee pods :-) I would recommend this hotel in the future.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Historic Ricky Waters Inn. The location was perfect overlooking the water. The sound of the water rushing by was just so relaxing. Having a room over the water is so different than a traditional room. The breakfast included was excellent. The room was neat and clean and met our needs. We purchased a bottle of in room bourbon and enjoyed it on the balcony in the evening. Our visit to Gatlinburg was just a stop on our way to Nashville, but next time it will be our destination and we will definite stay here again. A huge thank you to the staff for making this such a great stay.
