Strategic location in Times Square, surrounded by many restaurants and activities, and very close to the subway. Everything was extremely clean (10/10). The service was amazing—Ibeth welcomed me and was warm, efficient, and very helpful during the check-in process.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Michelle and Joe at the front desk went above and beyond when the rooms we paid for wasn’t available the first night. They were extremely friendly, professional and gave us a free breakfast and snacks for the inconvenience. We will definitely go back again. Only negative we had was that the hot water went very quickly in the shower.

Maria was kind and efficient at check-in, and Frank was helpful as well. When I needed towels, the team responded quickly, and housekeeping does an amazing job. Stay here — you won’t regret it.

This hotel is in a perfect central location. Whole Foods is 1 block to the right, Target & movie theater is 2 blocks to the left, when leaving the hotel. The staff was great, especially Joe☺️. He went out of his way to make my stay special. It’s the little things in life that make a difference & can brighten someone’s stay! Michele also had great energy & made my day better! Ariel was pleasant & helped me with a room upgrade! This is now my Favorite hotel in NYC! The colorful one,🌈 Rain💧
