Spacious beautiful hotel. Our suite was especially roomy and clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. The charge was reasonable for so comfortable an accommodation, but the additional cost of $25 to park our car in the lot was not appreciated.

I recently stayed at this Hilton location, expecting the level of quality and care that the brand's reputation is built on. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, the room was poorly maintained, and the staff response was dismissive. -The AC blew a strong, moldy odor -The floor near the window was slippery -A bathroom tile near the floor drain was loose and sticking up, I actually cut the bottom of my foot on it -The shower had dark yellow and white residue buildup that was extremely unpleasant -The bathroom sink drain was completely clogged -The in-room safe didn't work -The center of the bed was so stiff, we had to sleep on the edges When I brought up these issues to staff asking how my stay was, I received a brief message that completely dismissed my concerns and instead refunded me a $25 parking fee, a charge I hadn't even been aware of. This wasn't about the money, it was about health, safety, and basic quality control. For a Hilton property, this was a shocking level of neglect. The staff themselves were kind and polite, but it's clear that the hotel lacks proper facilities oversight and a knowledgeable maintenance leader. It's unfortunate, because the room layout and location were both excellent, but until Hilton steps in to address serious management and maintenance failures, I can't recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful as well the entire hotel. I am an avid stairwell walker and they were the prettiest most enjoyable stairwells I’ve ever been in! 😊 and the fitness center was gorgeous, which is very hard to say about most fitness these days. It seemed like a long walk from historic downtown, but actually it was not bad. Highly recommend!
