This location from arrival to departure was an amazing experience and I would recommend for anyone! The team was first class (thank you Maddi, Aiden, and Val) and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was amazing! The location was extremely clean, the room was perfect, and the parking (which is very important to me as a traveler) was easy and fast! I will definitely be back!

Aidan, Jasmine, Denise, and Cynthia from the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank are above and beyond! I moved from Hawaii back to Los Angeles and needed to stay at the hotel, and I had all of my belongings, including my musical equipment. I ended up getting extremely ill and had to call an ambulance -I was too sick to clean the room that I was staying in and all of my belongings were left there.the second morning. I didn’t think that I was going to be admitted to the hospital, indeed I was for five days! The Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, kept my luggage safe for me didn’t ask for any money and when I came to pick it up, I ended up staying another night or two and they gave me free snacks asked how I was doing and it was just above and beyond. I can’t express my gratitude to the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank. Although, coming with all by belongings - it would’ve been nice if there was a Bellman/woman to help me with everything , lifting suitcases, and containers, and musical equipment onto the Dolly by myself, loading and unloading and pushing it to and from the elevator to my room… It was a lot. I’m 58 years old and have a bad back , and literally for the several days that I stayed there on different occasions there was absolutely no one to help.so, that was the only downside. But if you’re just coming in for work and you have a carry-on or a small suitcase, it’s totally fine! So, that was the only downside but everything else was so EXTRA wonderful that I can look the other way on that part! Lol . thank you guys for everything- truly I am a Hilton honors member and when entering the room seeing on the TV saying “welcome Erin” it made me feel at home. I would definitely stay there again and I might actually be doing that quite soon. Thank you guys so much! truly

This was a perfect location to spend a long weekend, close to shops and restaurants in a lovely area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food in the area. It’s a third party restaurant, so not your typical hotel food. We were going to check out other restaurants but the food was so good that we ended up eating all our meals there. Denise in the kitchen was great, as were the front desk staff. We’ll be back!
