This property is my home away from home when I am in Los Angeles for a business travel. This hotel is centrally located, and staff is consistent and kind. Catalina at the bar is a staple, after coming here for a decade, she is still here holding it down. Denise S knows my order for breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.

Great location and great staff, especially Denise S. in the hotel restaurant. She’s extremely friendly and attentive and I really appreciated her service. She deserves 5-stars. But I’m giving the Hilton Garden Inn (Burbank) 4-stars, because despite the rooms being very clean, the linens could be updated and replaced (they are a bit stiff and scratchy) and some of the fixtures in the bathroom — specifically, the faucet and faucet handles — were loose and not working properly. I just feel that the hotel could use a little TLC overall. But I will say that the rooms are very clean, and I really appreciated the hard surface floors vs. carpet (super easy to keep clean), and I would definitely stay here again for the money — I do think it’s a good value.
