I've stayed here multiple times in years past, but never again. Dirty room, dusty ceiling, hairs in bathroom, toilet handle installed wrong, bedroom door lock installed backwards (fire hazard if a kid locked you in your own bedroom!), no regular coffee and clogged drains. Yuck to all!

We like the location, the area felt very safe, tons of people that attention conventions and whatnot stays here. THe bar is jumping at night, the in-house breakfast is pricey. But it's closed to downtown Burbank where it's no problem walking over. The room is fine. It's clean, I think they gave us an accessible room by mistake, which explains the handle bars in the bathroom and the wood floor. But it was the pool that was disappointing, it doesn't feel like it was cleaned thoroughly. Fully understand it's open air, therefore the elements are around. But we are talking about a small mount of dirt at the bottom of the pool. A sheen on top of the water. My kid was in there 10 mins and as much as a fish that he is, demanded to go back to the room. It was not clean. THe rest of the stay was fine. You can store luggage there with the front desk. If you are driving, do remember to put the pass they give you at the dash, the staff does check in the evenings. There are charging stations there at the hotel. The underground parking is fine, there are times the light comes-on on it's own, most of the time it is on; but have came about couple times that it stayed off, which can feel unsafe. Just stay alert of your surroundings.

We stayed in a neighboring property last year and wish so much we had been able to stay. This property is far superior in every way. So clean and better maintained. The best part however was the customer service. I can’t remember when we last stayed somewhere where every employee was so helpful and polite. Even the housekeeping staff knocked quietly and when we were quite ready apologized and came back later. The front desk staff were all amazing but in particular Madison. She went out of her to help us make changes to our reservation with clarity and ease. Everyone was always so lovely! When we come back we will request to stay here again.

From the planning stages, to check in and check out, Simpson family members experienced kindness, and professionalism from all staff we encountered. Special thanks to Elif and Maureen (group sales) for being responsive and supportive of our family needs and request. Had the best experience at this Burbank HGI and all the staff were awesome. However, I would especially like to highlight one specific staff from Housekeeping-Karina. There was a mishap in our room that required a different level of service. Karina did an outstanding job in making sure the room was perfect. Thanks you, Karina. She is great ambassador for the hotel and hospitality staff in general.
