I am a diamond member and arrived on Saturday evening hoping to get a suite upgrade so my son could visit us while we are here. Unfortunately one was not available, I completely understood! I went down to the front desk early the next morning to see if it was possible for a suite for the last two nights of our stay. Bree at the front desk was so gracious and helpful! She found a room for us, was able to get us in within just a couple of hours, and now my sons and I can visit comfortably. Employees like Bree are what make being a diamond member worth it, and are the reason I stay with Hilton. Bonus, when I checked in the first evening I noticed my name in a frame on the wall as the “Hilton honors guest of the day”. What a great way to recognize members!!! It made me feel special and welcome. Also-this HGI is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in dozens. Beautiful views and lobby. Thank you again to Bree and the rest of the staff. We will be returning as our son lives only 15 minutes away.

Arrived tired and looking weary. Amy at the front desk was very observant and offered water and a smile before I could say anything. My wife and I commented afterward about how pleasant and uplifting this young lady appeared. Hilton is lucky to have her!

This is a nicely remodeled hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Bree who was very kind and welcoming. She made our day. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Burbank. It is in a great location that is close to everything.

We arrived later in the evening and chose to stay at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Our server, Greg was excellent! His recommendations were spot on and his attention and follow up were timed just right. Will stay here in future based on this experience.

After a VERY long drive we got to out hotel and had to get a drink- jazmin was very nice and funny- . She definitely made the first night a good one!!! She definitely made our stay better and will come done to say hi to her. People like her does help make our stay more enjoyable
