Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank started with a small service hiccup, but Denise Raya at the front desk turned it into a great experience. She responded quickly, took ownership, and resolved everything with professionalism and Hilton Honors points. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the hot tub and amenities were top-notch. Management later followed through completely, posting 60,000 Hilton Honors points to my account — a gesture that underscored the property’s commitment to genuine guest care. This hotel is clean, convenient, and — most importantly — stands by its guests. Kudos to Denise and the team for showing what true hospitality looks like.

Nice room, Bottles of water in room always welcome. Good quality shower, very clean. Nice to see Animal Friendly toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and i had an evening meal which was equally fine. Only downside was the room was not serviced during a two night stay.

Let me start by saying the location was in close proximity to the airport and universal studios. Approximately 10 minutes to the airport and about 15 minutes to Universal Studios in the opposite direction. The pictures are a little misleading regarding the spacing in the 2 queen room, but it was still enough room for 3 people, 4 might be cramped. I stayed for 3 days with my two children, and the service was excellent. I am a Diamond member and asked if there was an upgrade option during my stay, I was upgraded for my stay to a 1 bedroom suite, the negative was that it was a handicap accessible room which didn't work for two younger children and having to share an open shower with no door and water going all over the place. In addition, the sofa bed had soil stains on it, so my son couldn't use the sofa bed and we had to make a little bed on top of the sofa, while my daughter and I shared the bed. Between the bathroom/shower and the stained sofa bed, I requested to go back to the 2 queen room, which they were able to accommodate. It should be noted that housekeeping doesn't check the sofa beds, so if you need to use them, prepare to just NOT use them. The soil stains on the sofa bed should have been identified and rectified before my stay but that wasn't the case. In addition, I had to call down for the sofa bedding because they don't keep it in the room like other hotels do. When we got to the 2 queen room, it was fine for what we needed, there was enough space for 3 people, 4 could be potentially cramped, but it had a mini fridge and a microwave hidden in the cabinets. The shower curtains don't really cover all the way to the tub area so water did get out, but it was better than the handicap accessible option. The front desk reps were all pleasant and answered all of my questions and processed all of my requests. I have no complaints with the staff. There is special parking for diamond members that I didn't notice until the 2nd night because my rental car was making some random noise so the front desk rep didn't get a chance to give me all the details on some of the perks. The restaurant is pretty open, breakfast was expensive and it wasn't like amazing, but it was tolerable. I didn't use them for dinner and I had a $20 per night credit and only used it once. Would I stay here again? Yes, great location, pleasant staff, the parking felt secure (parking is $25 a night + tax). I would just keep with the 2 queen if traveling with kids, or a 1 king if solo, don't do handicap accessible, and if you upgrade, request a regular room, be sure to note that if the room is handicap accessible, then deny the upgrade. I had stayed at the Homewood Suites at LAX last month and this was a complete 180 in my experience at this resort compared to my previous experience at another hilton resort. Maybe it was because it was burbank, or maybe it was because they actually want you to have a good time.
