This is my fifth year staying at the Hilton Anaheim for one of the biggest tradeshows in our industry, and I couldn't be happier with my experience every single time I come through. We use one of their suites to host business meetings throughout the week and the room is incredibly spacious and comfortable from top to bottom. It works out perfectly as a professional space away from the craziness of the convention floor, and every customer we bring by has nothing but nice things to say. This year we requested a room change at check-in to be closer to the elevators so our customers could find us more easily, and it was taken care of immediately from one of the nicest people i've met. The staff here is exceptional from every standpoint, genuinely warm, attentive, and responsive in a way that's hard to find. I can't emphasize enough how much that affects the overall experience of a stay. When it comes to service and quality of stay for whatever the occasion is, the Hilton Anaheim consistently shines brighter than most.
