Description

from Maui Hana Cave-Quest Day Tour
The day begins with complimentary pick-up between 7:00 am & 7:30 am. Traveling to Pa’ia leads us to start a new Adventure in Paradise with a light morning snack. Afterward, the journey to Hana begins. Tour the famous Road to Hana in the air-conditioned comfort of an exclusive, 6 to 8 guest, Luxury Limo-Van. Photo opportunities abound, along this spectacular sea-coast drive. Ke’anae, a quaint Hawaiian village with peaceful taro fields and Waikani Falls, glistening with fresh mountain rain water, are just two of the many sights to be enjoyed. Guests discover and learn, in-depth, about the native Hawaiian people, their culture, and land.

This full day Interactive Experience allows guests to tour the remote Hana Coast, plus discover Maui’s own “Wonder of the World”, the incredible Ka’eleku Cavern. Created by Pele, the Goddess of Fire, this enormous subterranean lava tube resembles a chocolate-colored Lava Cathedral Cave, frozen in time forever! Walk beneath the dense tropical rain forest of Hana through Pele’s famous underground passage. Discover elephant’s foot stalactites, mounds of chocolate colored lava drops and soufflé-like lava swirls formed over 30,000 years ago. Photos permitted, so take your camera for some mystical pictures of “Hana Down-Under”.

After the hike, guests delight in a scrumptious Pacific Rim Cuisine Lunch.

Heading back to the “real world”, we return from Hana at a “Maui-style” pace. There’s plenty of time to swim, or just relax and enjoy. Bring bathing suits and towels to capture a lifetime memory of swimming in a crystal clear, freshwater pool under a cascading waterfall.

Tour Returns: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm.

Each Hana Cave-Quest Full Day Tour Includes:
- Luxury Limo-Van with only 6 - 8 Guests

"A must see tour"

Temptation Tours was the company we personally rated as # 1. It was worth every penny we spent and the Guide/driver of the mini bus Sean was the best guide ever. We felt we were in a best company and the mini van was one of the best. Sean took us thru the full day and narrated the history of all the places we went. He did not rush and took more than enough time to visit all the places and went above and beyond to make sure that we get the full knowledge of the place. We only wished we could convey and persuade our friends to go with temptation Tours when ever they visit Hawaii. Wonderful job our friend Sean.

First, Tony Perry our guide was great, He guided the tour, sharing so much detailed information about the island. I feel like I want to stop me t time and eat lol. It was rainy, to me rain makes a different beauty, it makes all the plants and trees Tony described, green and happy. Having the luxury of an air conditioned van is nice, I’d update with USB other then that good van. Lucky I was a 6th worked great, as o think tours can get large. We stopped for lunch, it was ok, two choices hamburger or pork. I’d prefer roadside plate lunch. We didn’t swim, also learned not to swim in “brown water”. I didn’t mind, we still stopped. We went to black sand beach, a beach filled with turtles that look like rocks, Rey cool. We stopped at a place Hana Tropicals. Review to follow 5 stars! I’m not easily impressed, Tony was great. I felt safe, informed, mostly I had fun.

Small luxury van, very comfortable. My tour guide, Scott Ferguson was extremely knowledgeable and made the road to Hana an interesting drive. He used the pull outs everywhere possible. We stopped at the roadside stand halfway to Hana for banana bread and the tour company provided a nice catered lunch at a small black sand beach then on to Waianapanapa State Park before the helicopter pick up. I would suggest Temptation Tours to everyone who would love to see the sights without the driving.

This is definitely the nicest way to see the Hana trail from ground level and above! We had the pleasure of riding in a six-person luxury van with the friendly and amazing tour guide Scott Ferguson!! Scott had historical facts, pro-tips, botany knowledge, and killer photography skills for helping you get that perfect shot. The very small group, nice accommodations, and friendly staff were terrific, but Scott definitely made the tour for our group! We highly recommend you request him when you go!!

My family booked the Hana Sky Trek with Temptation Tours. Our tour guide, Scotty, for the driving portion was outstanding. Despite the showers, he stop at key areas for photo opportunities with breathtaking views. He came along with us to take family snapshots and brought our 4 teenagers to swim under the waterfall (in the rain) while we stayed dry. Scotty entertained us with the history of island and fun stories throughout the day. The second leg of the trip was a helicopter back. The ride was extremely smooth and our pilot showed us great sites you cannot see from the road. Overall, we highly recommend this tour.
