After a long day of work, I was greeted by Michelle at the front desk, who went out of her way to help with my reservation. I had accidentally made two separate bookings, and she patiently took the time to combine them and make everything seamless. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a great experience thanks to her hospitality. Michelle is a true asset to the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Convention Center.

This is my second time staying at this particular hotel this year. Earlier this year April 2025, my family and I stayed here and I was so impressed by the level of service I received from one particular staff member - Bevz. Her personality is so bright and bubbly. She really goes out of her way to talk to the guests and gets to know them and memorizes their names! every time i walked pass the front desk, she would greet me by my last name. I noticed she did this to pretty much every guest! When booking for our Disneyland stay this time to celebrate my youngest birthday.. I purposely chose this hotel because of how Bevz made me feel. She made me feel important and she made me feel like I was the only guest staying here. There’s so many places to stay around here but I’m making sure I’ll always stay here because of Bevz. Thank you Bevz for your amazing customer service! you truly are such a blessing!

Angelo is a Superstar!!! My family and I visited Hampton Inn & Suites at the Anaheim Resort Convention Center this past weekend and as usual the staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center provided extraordinary customer service. I single out Angelo because he was the Front Desk Receptionist who warmly welcomed us and expedited the check-in process to allow us to put our baby to sleep for his late afternoon nap. I cannot express in words the amount of gratitude we have for Angelo for his exceptional customer service skills...prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, personable, and genuine are just some of his talented characteristics. We hope management recognizes Angelo for the extraordinary talent that he is and grooms him for greater roles and responsibilities for management in the company. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites at the Anaheim Resort Convention Center!!
