Stayed here one night before our cruise. Location and amenities were perfect for us. Several good restaurants within an easy walking distance. The unlimited bottled water is a real benefit as well. They also offer free beach chair and beach towels.

I really appreciate Darrika was so helpful and knowledgeable, really make a difference her kindness and sweetness stands out!!! I definitely will recommend every to come for the awesome service! Specially we had a reservation in another hotel which was not available and She was the best on making us feel good and provided a solution to our problem

I stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the location—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and the Faena District. The hotel has a cool retro vibe with updated decor that gives it some personality.Rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side. The A/C worked well, and I appreciated the in-room coffee and mini fridge. There was a slight musty smell at first, but it went away quickly.Staff were friendly, and the attached 24-hour CVS was super convenient. The on-site restaurant, Piola, was decent for a quick meal. Breakfast could use more variety, but it was fine overall. Overall, this is a stylish, comfortable place to stay if you want to be near the beach without paying luxury hotel prices.

DID NOT give any of the amenities listed for the 35 a night resort fee!! Make you carry your own old metal antique chairs down to the beach. I've stayed at other Miami Hiltons with chair/towel included but NEVER HAD TO CARRY THEM LOL wtf???. Lugging down those crap chairs in 100 degree weather... RIP OFF based on that alone... not to mention you ALSO DO NOT get the 15 a day credit as they have NO RESTAURANT lol, the Piola place is SEPARATE from the hotel... If i had gotten these amenities it wouldn't be as bad but them SCAMMING pretending they give out ANYTHING at all is a JOKE. I'VE STAYED HERE in the past BUT BEFORE they weren't running a SCAM pretending they are giving out all these amenities... Either this dump is RIPPING off Hilton or HILTON has now decided they are just going to RIP OFF their Gold members/ex Diamond members... Almost a big of a joke as the HILLBILLY chairs or shall i now say HILLBILLY HIlton lol!!!
