I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jhokasta. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Her positive energy and genuine care truly set the tone for the entire visit. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond so naturally, and Jhokasta made a real difference in my stay. Hilton is lucky to have such a standout team member!

The hotel is situated quite nicely close to the beach and a convenience store. It's also on the northern side of Collins Ave which I think is the more quieter side of Miami Beach. The rooms were quite as I couldn't hear any noise from outside and for some reason the guests seemed to be more of a mature crowd which I could appreciate. Valet parking was just a min walk away around the corner and convenient as you could go in and out as many times as you needed to. Franco at the front desk was particularly pleasant and friendly to work with, providing tips for the beach, getting around with mmy rental and assisting with my early check-in and late checkout. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami.

Overall stay was excellent with nice breakfast. Location is great, very close to the beach. Staff is helpful specially Leyla at front desk. She was extremely helpful & went out of her way to provide the necessary support. The Italian restaurant at hotel has great food. My boy loved it

i was greeted and checked in with a big smile! the hospitality was next level. any time i needed anything it never felt like a burden to ask. leila and her staff were so welcoming and kind, they really made it feel like home away from home.. the beach chairs were such a vibe and for the lazy days, the pool was adorable! highly recommend and see myself returning next time im in town :)

I stayed during the weekday and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the entire front desk team was with me and my girlfriend!!! Special shoutout to Franco, Leyla, Julian, and Jhokasta. I can’t remember the guys name during the night but he was also very nice!!! Would definitely come back and bring my family, loved all of the amenities specially the beach chairs that they give you to bring to the beach!!! You can’t beat it. 10/10 recommend
