Great experience as always. Weve been coming every year. Celebrating birthdays and sometimes just for staycation. It’s always fun experience. Were excited for the new renovations and acitvities. Looking forward to it.

Did not meet our expectations. Too pricey in all areas. Self parking was $ 35 per night. Our room rate included passes, wristbands, to the water park. Park is indoors but is not the size we expected, too small. The rate to just go to the water park for a day is $80. Sea World San Diego costs $70 and is a much larger park. The room, they call them suites, was nothing special either. I would compare the room to a room at a Red Roof or Quality Inn. There was no microwave in the room. There was a community microwave in the ice machine room for our floor. We had a first floor room. The elevators were always busy and full. There’s a lacking of eating joints there also. The places that were there, a pizza/sandwich shop, a Dunkin Donuts, and a makeshift dinner buffet were expensive. The buffet costs $30 but only had a limited supply of food choices. I could tell much of the food was frozen , heated then served up from food warmer pots. For example, the orange chicken item was chicken nuggets that had had orange chicken sauce poured over them. The regular chicken nugget item was obviously from a frozen bag. The buffet dining area is situated in a large conference room and the food items were stationed against the walls of in one corner of this room. The mini fridge in our room was unlevel and the temperature control knob was missing. The shower/tub unit in our room had water lines that rattled inside the wall when the water was running. The queen beds were somewhat comfortable. The A/C was not too good either.

Rooms are not the best.. if your a local sleep at home. Lots of charges for everything, kios trying to take over. Ordered a coffee took 40 minutes. Terrible. Tile needs updating, the sheet had blood on it. The staff is great.. luxury fees for below mediocre rooms. The microwave and ice for floor 8 is disgustingly looks abandoned. Another guest in line was also complaining about blood on her sheets and poop on blanket. Seen pictures and believe it. Water park ghetto with a dog on a stroller, people leaving outside food everywhere, the windows are soo dirty.

"Highly Disappointed"

It’s ok - our shower rod was broken which caused a lot of water to spill out during showers. The room was a near concept with the bunk beds but the room had no doors which was a thumbs down for my teenager. Water park was great but there’s almost ever any seating. Highly recommend taking your own safety vests. The swim suit dryer was broken so we had to deal with wet clothes in our stroller since we couldn’t check into our room until 4pm. Second day was also broken and had the same issue. Food was WAY over priced for the “ok” quality and there isn’t much options. Would recommend eating elsewhere or bringing your own food. Parking was $35 a night which kinda sucked but it was expected. They do not have any military or veteran discounts so that’s already a thumbs down. We got the food and fun pass - which I highly regret due to either quality or attractions closing early - I do not recommend purchasing it. The high ropes and adventure trail close at 4pm and we weren’t able to get to it at all. The mini golf would have to be the biggest let down - it was very small and was immediately boring ( not worth unlimited). Program for the quests seems very outdated. The wands included with our pass constantly had issues and we were forced to pay an upgrade fee. Overall regret paying as much as I did for what we got out of it.
