"Over priced but nice place"
June 2019
Nice accommodations but was placed in the seconded building with no access to the indoor pool and spa except through a hall entrance which we had to drive to. They need key access into the pool area. Cleaning staff were very nice. Breakfast needs a bit of buffing up, day old biscuits and watered down gravy was terrible. Where are the scrambled eggs? We did like the pancake machine.

"Disappointed"
April 2019
Check in went smoothly, Craig was amazing however we had to switch rooms late at night because of a burn smell in our room then the new rooms TV wouldnt work. we overlooked these inconveniences and just chocked it up as bad luck. The next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and it was awful. The biscuits were dry, the gravy was like water and the worker there was extremely rude. We wont be back.

"Nice Hotel"
October 2018
It was a nice hotel! The staff at check in were super friendly. The only complaint is not knowing there were two buildings so we had to drive to the main building to swim the indoor pool. The breakfast in the second building wasn’t that great. Not enough options.

"Worst night in motel we ever spent!"
May 2016
We were put on first floor by the elevator. The elevator went up and down all night long. We stuffed kleenex in our ears and put head between pillows and still could not get to sleep for the noise. Front desk would not move us to another room although they had rooms available. We did not get one wink of sleep! It was the worst night in a motel that we have ever had! Will never stay here again - there are too many nicer and less expensive motels in Branson.

"Just ok"
October 2015
Clean room, but the bathroom was very, very small. We booked a room in building 2, but they gave us a room in building 1 saying that building 2 was closed. Somebody could have notified us? We wanted access to the outdoor pool and it was almost a short drive from building 1. WIFI was non existent in the room. Won't stay here again.

I stayed here with a bus tour group this week. I have stayed here years ago & was so surprised by the new look in everything! From the front desk, breakfast room to the room I stayed in. All staff were very friendly. Bed was so comfy I wish I could have stayed another night, so quiet & clean throughout. Breakfast was good. Biscuits/gravy, pancakes, cereal, scrambled 'eggs' & sausage links, ready made oatmeal, yogurt in a bowl, some cut up peaches & brown sugar for oats or yogurt. Bread & english muffins. They had a small cinnamon roll for a sweet treat. I would stay here anytime, it's very near within walking distance to McDonalds, Price Chopper grocer, Walmart & Panera is next door.

"Horribly Inflexible - Does not appreciate customer loyalty"

Reviewed October 10, 2019
We had a family trip booked to Branson to take our three boys to Silver Dollar City. We made reservations at The Grand Oaks, a hotel we had stayed at during a previous trip to Branson. We CHOSE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER. Right before our trip, the forecast showed inclement weather, which would have affected our trip to SDC and ability to ride the roller coasters; therefore, we decided to not go. We had TWO separate rooms booked for two nights each. We were informed that we would still be charged for the lesser-rate room of the two we had reservations for. The hotel management thought they were being flexible by crediting the most expensive of the two rooms, despite us having to cancel last minute. We offered to even take a credit to be used at a future date in order to not lose our money, but they wanted us to commit to booking the very next weekend, which we were unable to do--due to scheduling with three boys and their schedules. It's difficult to explain in typed words how rude and inflexible the hotel manager was when I spoke with her on the phone. We were just trying to do what was best for our family to have a great experience in Branson at SDC and do so as affordably as possible, and all they could think about was that we "cancelled last minute". It's not cheap to travel with a family of five with three large boys. I would like to reiterate that we had stayed at this hotel before. I explained to the manager via our phone conversation that day that we had "chosen to stay at this specific hotel again", despite there being hundreds of hotel options in Branson. She was stone cold and did not care that we were repeat customers and was completely unwilling to work with us. We hope charging our family $200'ish was worth losing a repeat customer who visits Branson frequently. The hotel was not at capacity; it was not a holiday weekend or special event. The only revenue they lost that day was our loyalty to stay repeatedly with them. We hope that if you've read this review, you will select another hotel that might actually value your patronage.

Extremely clean property! Was perfect for 2 nights with my husband and 9 yr old daughter. Has 2 pools, one is indoor building 1, there are also 2 large hot tubs near the indoor pool, the other pool is outside Building 2. Breakfast was rather plain. There were pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, a few cereals, coffee, tea, OJ, apple juice, toast, English muffins, etc. Panera bread is next door. Close to many things. I would stay here again if necessary.
