"Over priced but nice place"
June 2019
Nice accommodations but was placed in the seconded building with no access to the indoor pool and spa except through a hall entrance which we had to drive to. They need key access into the pool area. Cleaning staff were very nice. Breakfast needs a bit of buffing up, day old biscuits and watered down gravy was terrible. Where are the scrambled eggs? We did like the pancake machine.

Tip: Discuss available room options and if the staff is rude ask to speak to a manager.

Check in went smoothly, Craig was amazing however we had to switch rooms late at night because of a burn smell in our room then the new rooms TV wouldnt work. we overlooked these inconveniences and just chocked it up as bad luck. The next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and it was awful. The biscuits were dry, the gravy was like water and the worker there was extremely rude. We wont be back.

"Nice Hotel"
October 2018
It was a nice hotel! The staff at check in were super friendly. The only complaint is not knowing there were two buildings so we had to drive to the main building to swim the indoor pool. The breakfast in the second building wasn’t that great. Not enough options.

"Worst night in motel we ever spent!"
May 2016
We were put on first floor by the elevator. The elevator went up and down all night long. We stuffed kleenex in our ears and put head between pillows and still could not get to sleep for the noise. Front desk would not move us to another room although they had rooms available. We did not get one wink of sleep! It was the worst night in a motel that we have ever had! Will never stay here again - there are too many nicer and less expensive motels in Branson.

"Just ok"
October 2015
Clean room, but the bathroom was very, very small. We booked a room in building 2, but they gave us a room in building 1 saying that building 2 was closed. Somebody could have notified us? We wanted access to the outdoor pool and it was almost a short drive from building 1. WIFI was non existent in the room. Won't stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Branson. We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. It is just off the strip so close to a lot of activities but yet still quite and relaxing.

"Friendly warning to anyone who thinks of wanting to stay at this hotel."

I really couldn't stress enough how terrible this hotel is. The owners and management staff are downright awful. Their primary concern is making the most money possible at the expense of the luxury of their guests and it shows. They buy the cheapest products available and do everything they can possibly do to limit your convenience for the sake of making an extra dollar. Hell, their breakfast a less-than-edible version of what a hotel breakfast should be. Best Western has a better breakfast, and that's saying something. They do have a few things going for them, like they recently did a remodel of the property. So on the surface this place looks very promising. But looks can be deceiving and this is absolutely the case here. You could choose any of the other hotels on that street and easily get a better result than this place(Expect Peachtree Inn). I left early because I couldn't believe how terrible their business practice is. It's downright disgusting, and if I were you, I would make the smart move and not give these money grubbers a dollar, much less your time. Grand Oaks Hotel: The family hotel that doesn't care about your family at all. Go to a place where they will actually treat you with respect. You will get none here. UGH, is all I can think of. I want everyone to know the truth about this hotel. There are so, so many other hotels that will treat you like family, unlike this place. This hotel gives the city of Branson a bad name and I'm putting it on notice. You will see on their reviews so many more who feel the same. Hope this helps! Have a great day everyone!

Got a room here kind of last minute. Was given the online price. For the money ($77 off season) it was clean and quiet enough, always always someone above you won't stop pacing when you are trying to sleep. Adequate parking, clean and comfortable. Nice location. Shampoo/Body wash is a combo in the shower dispenser. In room coffee was awful so get it at the breakfast area instead. Breakfast was good enough for the price. There were hot eggs, sausage links, lots of carbs, bisquits/gravy, yogurt, didn't see much of any fruit. Guy at check in and lady at check out were very nice. I would stay here again.

"Honestly pretty good."

Reviewed December 18, 2019
When we got there, the first building looked very nice, but the front desk people sent us to a second building (which looked very dumpy), when we got out of our car at the second building it smelled strongly of weed. We got to our room and the room next to ours smelled like weed as well. There also is no indoor pool at the second building, meaning we had to walk to a different building to swim. The interior if the main building was so much nicer than the second. The hot tub was very cloudy, and it had clumps of hair at the bottom. The pillows were very uncomfortable. And when we got there I needed to use the toilet, I went in the bathroom and what looked like poop stains were on the toilet. Wouldn’t recommend.

I took my 4 grandchildren and daughter in laws for 4 days of Christmas fun. We stayed at the Grand Oaks in the Grand Oaks Suite. The hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff, the pool and hot tub were nice and the pool area was as clean as the rest of the Hotel. The breakfast was better than most free breakfast at hotels. I would highly recommend this
