"Over priced but nice place"
June 2019
Nice accommodations but was placed in the seconded building with no access to the indoor pool and spa except through a hall entrance which we had to drive to. They need key access into the pool area. Cleaning staff were very nice. Breakfast needs a bit of buffing up, day old biscuits and watered down gravy was terrible. Where are the scrambled eggs? We did like the pancake machine.

Check in went smoothly, Craig was amazing however we had to switch rooms late at night because of a burn smell in our room then the new rooms TV wouldnt work. we overlooked these inconveniences and just chocked it up as bad luck. The next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and it was awful. The biscuits were dry, the gravy was like water and the worker there was extremely rude. We wont be back.

"Nice Hotel"
October 2018
It was a nice hotel! The staff at check in were super friendly. The only complaint is not knowing there were two buildings so we had to drive to the main building to swim the indoor pool. The breakfast in the second building wasn’t that great. Not enough options.

"Worst night in motel we ever spent!"
May 2016
We were put on first floor by the elevator. The elevator went up and down all night long. We stuffed kleenex in our ears and put head between pillows and still could not get to sleep for the noise. Front desk would not move us to another room although they had rooms available. We did not get one wink of sleep! It was the worst night in a motel that we have ever had! Will never stay here again - there are too many nicer and less expensive motels in Branson.

"Just ok"
October 2015
Clean room, but the bathroom was very, very small. We booked a room in building 2, but they gave us a room in building 1 saying that building 2 was closed. Somebody could have notified us? We wanted access to the outdoor pool and it was almost a short drive from building 1. WIFI was non existent in the room. Won't stay here again.

Extremely clean property! Was perfect for 2 nights with my husband and 9 yr old daughter. Has 2 pools, one is indoor building 1, there are also 2 large hot tubs near the indoor pool, the other pool is outside Building 2. Breakfast was rather plain. There were pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, a few cereals, coffee, tea, OJ, apple juice, toast, English muffins, etc. Panera bread is next door. Close to many things. I would stay here again if necessary.

"The front desk staff were great!"

I felt that house keeping did not do a very good job,... when we first got there was excellent. But after that they did a bad job straightening up...beds looked like they just threw covers over not made well..didn't give us our coffee for room. And they took all day to clean it. We were out of room before 1030 every day. You also need to add something to that gravy tasted like paste and the bisquits were hard,we ate breakfast out. The front desk staff were very nice. And always said something to you when coming in from a activity.

It was alright but there were still hairs in the tub from some other guest. Also the air conditioner didn't work very well. Couldn't get the room cooled down. One of the hot tubs had little brown floaties in it. The breakfast was alright but nothing special. Check in and out was very easy and the attendants were very nice.

What an amazing hotel!! Saw the great prices on TripAdvisor and felt they were too good to be true. Called their main phone line and I was immediately impressed... let her know the prices I saw on line and BAM!! Kind, courteous, overly accommodating and hooked me up with adjoining rooms for our group of 6! Hotel is so adorable and a little modern. Plenty of bellhop carts, ample parking, no weird smells or cleaners, just a super clean hotel without the frills. Beds were SO comfortable and felt nearly new. Bathroom immaculate. Air conditioning AWESOME, and quiet. Overall this hotel is 10+!! I’m a hotel snob. This hotel surpassed my standby at Hampton!! Convenient to outlets and Sawmill rides!! We will stay again and again!! Thank you grand oaks for a marvelous quick getaway with friends for tax free weekend shopping!!
