Yes. Cribs are available at no cost and are based on availability. To ensure that a crib is reserved for your room, please request this item in advance of your arrival.

Are there smoking rooms available?

The Grand Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all public spaces. There are designated areas for smokers throughout the hotel property. There will be a $200 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply. This fee will be used to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guest room back to a smoke-free condition. *All fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Is Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd pet-friendly?

Pets are not allowed at The Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd. Rooms found occupied with unregistered pets will be charged a Pet Fee of $200 plus tax to cover additional cleaning (Carpet Shampooing). ADA-defined service animals are accepted.

Are there any local transportation services available for guests?

There is a trolley that services the International Drive (I-Drive) Area. The I-RIDE Trolley travels throughout the I-Drive Resort Area servicing over 100 convenient stops approximately every 20 minutes. The I-RIDE Trolley is definitely a fun and convenient way to get around! The link below will provide you with more information on all dining, attractions and shopping available in the I-Drive Area. The Trolley does stop in front of The Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd on our street, Universal Boulevard, which is on the Green Line North Bound. Our stop is G7(Yellow). Directly across the street is the stop for the Green Line South Bound G7(Green). The Trolley runs from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily. Trolley Tickets can be purchased on the Trolley for single rides. Prices and fees may change anytime. Please contact the hotel front desk or inquire at the hotel directly for more information on the I-RIDE Trolley. Schedule and times of operation may change at anytime.

Does the hotel provide daily housekeeping?

No. Housekeeping services are not offered on a daily basis at the Grand Hotel. Guestroom cleaning service is performed on the 3rd day of guests staying longer than 3 nights and every 3rd day thereafter until check-out. After Check-out the guest room will be cleaned and sanitized for the next occupant. Guest requiring Towel Refresh on unscheduled housekeeping service days may call the Front Desk and request Clean Towels. Someone will come to the room to leave clean towels and take out the dirty ones.

Does the hotel offer accessible amenities/rooms?

Yes. The hotel is ADA-compliant and provides amenities for those with accessibility needs. Yes. The Hotel charges a mandatory $20 Amenity Fee plus tax charged nightly. This Amenity Fee will be discounted to $14 plus tax per night for all Tripster Bookings. This fee will be collected from the guest upon check-in unless notified otherwise. What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old with a matching, valid, govenment-issued photo ID and credit card to check in. Guests are required to establish a credit to cover incidental charges. An authorization of $100 will be obtained from the guest's credit card on file. This is a temporary charge and at check-out, if there are no additional charges, this amount will be credited back to the guest’s account.

Is parking available? Is it free?

Self-parking is available to all guests of the hotel (not included in the Amenity/Resort Fee). A $15 daily parking fee per vehicle is collected upon arrival. Fees collected at the hotel are subject to change and applicable taxes.
