Visit the park's highlights, including Stow Lake Boathouse, Academy of the Sciences, de Young Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, Dutch Windmill, and more!

Golden Gate Park has a paved trail of around 4 miles from one end of the park to the other! After your ride, you can return to the shop or head towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Bikes can be returned to any of the locations.

Where can I pick up my bike?

You will pick up your bike at Golden Gate Park at 1792 Haight Street, San Francisco, CA 94117. There are three Unlimited Biking locations you can drop off your bike after your tour, namely: (1) Union Square at 427 Post St, San Fransisco (2) Fisherman's Wharf at 757 Beach St, San Fransisco (3) Golden Gate Park at 1792 Haight Street, San Francisco During check-in, let the staff know if you will return the bike to another location.

What's included when I rent a bicycle?

A helmet, bike bag, lock, and illustrated map are included in the San Fransisco e-bike rental.

Are e-bikes recommended for children?

Riders must be at least 16 years or older to rent an e-bike. Please note that no customer under 18 years old will be given a bike without an adult present with a valid photo ID.

What do I bring?

To be provided with an e-bike, please bring a government-issued ID/passport for deposit and a credit card for security of the e-bike. Bring along light snacks, drinks, and a camera or smartphone for pictures.

Are there any precautions if there is trouble with my e-bike rental?

What should I wear?

For your safety, wear weather-appropriate, comfortable clothing (not too loose) and closed-toe shoes for cycling. The tour runs rain or shine, so if the weather forecast calls for rain, please wear rain-appropriate gear to ride.

Riders must not exceed the bike manufacturer's advised maximum weight limit of 300 lbs.
