"Stay away from this one"

This hotel is so cheaply built. I was woke up all night by late partiers stomping. Young lady at the front desk that checked me in was a no person. Absolutely unaccommodating. Took one bite of the eggs at breakfast and almost threw up. Hot tub was broken.

We stayed at this hotel one night, December 21st, to visit family. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk informed us that the 3rd floor was being renovated and she only had availability on the 2nd floor. We were not informed of renovations when we made the reservation. She asked us if we were ok with that. What choice do we have at that point? We got to our room on the 2nd floor and as promised, construction and all the associated noise continued until 9 p.m. It also started promptly at 8 a.m. To add insult to injury, there was absolutely no hot water during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a complete mess and most items were missing. It was obvious that no employees were attending the breakfast station. To summarize, we paid for a room with constant construction noise, cold showers, and a lousy-dirty breakfast. Do not stay at this location under any circumstances. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

"Well-equipped room"

Stayed here after a day at Magic Mountain. Everything was fine, and the room had a coffee-maker, a hairdryer, an iron & ironing board, which I wasn't expecting to need but actually came in very useful. We wanted something quick and easy to eat nearby and El Pollo Loco provided just that, only a few mins walk away. There was a pool, but the sun had gone down by the time we got there so we didn't use it

"Worn out and in need of a refresh…"

This place is just plain worn out. Surfaces all show extreme wear. Formica is peeling off of doors. Carpet is worn and dirty. Towels are on their last threads. Beds are sunken in the middle. Overall, this place needs a refresh. I did feel it was clean and safe, so it’s in a good location with good staff, it just needs some capital investment. Won’t be back until the remodel.
