Disgusting conditions, terrible management – do NOT stay here I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North. This was not just a bad stay—it was completely unacceptable. We waited over 3 hours to check in, with no clear communication, no urgency, and no effort from staff to resolve the situation. That level of disorganization is inexcusable. When we finally got into the room, it was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned, and to make things worse, there were no towels at all. Basic hospitality standards were completely ignored. The most alarming issue was the breakfast area. There were bugs and moths flying around while guests were eating. This is a serious sanitation problem and honestly made us question the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. This property is severely mismanaged and does not meet even minimum expectations for a hotel stay. It reflects very poorly on the Hilton brand. I will be escalating this to corporate and expect accountability for this experience.

The outside of the embassy looks like a regular, no big deal, hotel. Then as soon as you walk in, you're in shock with the absolutely stunning lobby. They have a bar, an indoor pool, a gym, and in the morning, breakfast! The breakfast was pretty good, they had an omelet station and a chef custom makes them in front of you. We had great customer service from Victoria at the front desk, she was so helpful and nice. We also got to talk to Arya, who is with the guest services for the Hilton grand vacation. And he was just so great, had so much information for us, and we ended up booking a vacation stay with through him.

Great experience and great accomodations. Arya met us in the lobby after breakfast and was very informative about the grand vacations program. We are excited to book a trip.
