Good costumer service they really helful and the manager really nice 😊Breafast super yummy the pool hours is long.my kids enjoy the arcade area which I never seen in the other hotel the bar Look Amazong and the small Store have everything we need. Very relaxing

Made reservation but canceled it the following day as i read more of the reviews. I had to call in and canceled as I never got a email confirm or text so i just called in. The lady at the reservations was nich and said no problem, They still charged my CC. When I called in they would not help and infact said I must know the name of the person I talked too. A month ago??? NO help and another reason whey they get such poor reviews.

This facility is very nice. The gym is wonderful even though it is small. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful with all questions. There are only a few negatives. The satellite TV is a bit spotty. The public men's room did smell a little like urine. Adam is very good as well. Respectful and knowledgeable.

Awful. Imagine spending $200 a night or 50,000 points and finding not one but multiple spider webs in your bedroom along with spiders. Then imagine the hotel telling you “they’d make it right” by having the spiders and cobwebs cleared away only to return to the hotel 7 hours later and no action has been taken. This was my experience and it ruined my daughter’s birthday — not just the time itself but, since she’s afraid of spiders, the entire time there. It was a relief to leave. Some of the cobwebs had clearly been there for months, so this raises serious questions about this hotel’s commitment to guest health and safety: could the spiders be poisonous? Since spiders thrive in unsanitary conditions, including damp environments, is the room even sound? I have stayed in well over 300 hotels (not nights, actual hotels) and have never encountered such a problem or such a lackadaisical response on the part of employees or management. I wouldn’t even have posted this review, but I filled out a survey and I asked that I be contacted so that I could be assured they’d review their cleaning practices. They couldn’t even be bothered to respond. Stay away!

I had to change rooms and they were very accommodating the breakfast was great it was a little staycation surprise from my husband. We went in the pool it was wonderful! The front desk check in was fast and convinient. The clerk was so nice I can't wait to go back
