Beer, wine, cocktails as well as snacks are available. Free soda and popcorn are offered in the lobby every afternoon and evening.

This is our second time at this location. If you’re planning a trip to Universal or Epic this is your place to stay. It offers free convenient shuttles to the parks right outside the front door. If you want to drive to these parks the location is close and convenient. The rooms, are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel is spectacular from the lobby to the Breakfast and Kickback area, to outside to the pool and hot tub! It’s quiet at night so no interruptions during sleep. The Staff is worth mentioning they are all fantastic, friendly and willing to help. They are knowledgeable of the area and some very knowledgeable of the parks! The overall atmosphere of this hotel is excellent we have found in our travels all over the USA Drury is one of the very best and this particular location is definitely a 10 out of 10. They offer the most of any amenities of all hotel brands out there. If your traveling to this area for pleasure or business you will be very happy you chose this Drury!

To escape the harsh northern winters I stay at the Drury Universal for three weeks in February. I can’t say enough about the hotel; cleanliness, friendliness, customer service all of the highest caliber. While everyone who works at the hotel is a dedicated employee I must give a special shout out to Michael, the general manager; Jordan, at the front desk; Vivian, who tends the bar at Kick-back; Colton, Andrea, Vicky and Tara who work in the dining room; and Lorna in housekeeping. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable. Before checking out I have already booked for February 2027.

We had previously stayed at the Drury Inn near Disney Springs. I trusted it would be similar quality, so I didn't dig into the details of this hotel. Because of that the bar was probably set too high and I have spent most of the week slight disappointed Food: having a fussy eater for a child its worked well. The breakfast choice is limited, but tasty. Having other shops and take out options nearby was good. The evening buffet was so busy a couple of nights I couldn't get a seat. But there was plenty of food and all tasted good. Getting to the parks: the shuttle buses don't run very frequently. Once an hour and stop at 11. Start around 5pm to come back. But there are no options after the parks close. We are adding up some Uber bill. Plus the bus back you can't reserve, it was a fight to get on today. As its shared with other hotels. Staff are all lovely. Rooms are in need of updating. Beds are decent. I would only stay again if it was a bargain rate and offset the uber costs
