"BEST hotel in Valdosta!!!"

I love the Drury! We stay there all the time when we go to Valdosta. Best hotel in the area! They have a wonderful pool that is heated and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! The amenities are better than any other hotel around. Between the breakfast and the afternoon drinks and dinner, it can’t be beat!!!

"Miserable"

We stayed for 5 nights, and unfortunately, the room temperature stayed mostly at 74. We like cooler temps and have our home thermostat on 68 and at night, 65. It would occasionally get to 70 but not below that. We asked about it the first night and were told that it should get to 68 and that's as low as the hotel allows. They gave us a fan that barely put air out and was full of dust. My husband, in a kind way, told them almost daily that the temp wouldn't come down. No one ever came to check on it and we heard many others complaining about it, too. We had to go out and buy our own fan. People were asking my husband where he got the fan. I've loved Drury Inns at other places. We're very disappointed with Valdosta's and don't ever plan on staying there again.

"They “Overbooked” Our Room"

After 14 hours of driving I arrived at midnight to be told “we are overbooked” and don’t have the room you reserved months ago. They sent me to a run down dirty hotel across the interstate. When that hotel wanted to charge me a pet fee, Josh at Drury told me his boss stated “their policy is not to cover anything but the room”. I couldn’t believe he was quoting policy to me after what had done. He then told me they had made alternate accommodations and were done with me. Fantastic customer service. I’m sure it’s rough working for a company that treats it’s customers like this but what a joke. The best part was how he kept telling me how I wasn’t getting charged for the room at Drury, that they never gave me, lucky me… Shame on you Dury Inns!

"Quiet and clean"

The hotel was highly recommended to us. The hotel is nice and clean. The manager's reception in the evening was a nice surprise. I gave it 4 stars because in just a couple of days from looking to book and finally booking, the price went up over 30 dollars. I felt that when we checked out that the hotel was not worth the total price for a one night stay along the highway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Cristine really went out of her way to accommodate my stay. She is very kind. The room was very clean and roomy. The breakfast was great. This facility is very nice. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
