"Disappointing stay"

Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff I always try to highlight the positives in every business I review, and with some, it's easy. Unfortunately, this DoubleTree on Hotel Circle has been my most challenging review to date. The Positives: The front desk staff were very friendly and did their best to assist, though it was clear their ability to address larger issues was limited. The dining staff, in particular, went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our meals, and their effort was genuinely appreciated. However, the negatives far outweighed the positives: The room was in poor condition—unclean and in serious need of updates. Our bathtub was rusty, the carpets were stained, and the room had a strong odor upon arrival. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Most days, our room wasn't cleaned, dirty towels weren't replaced, and basic issues (like a broken floor lamp) remained unresolved despite being reported. Even after notifying the front desk on our first day, no one followed up or came to fix the issue. I had to rely on overhead reading lights instead. I was honestly surprised this property is part of the Hilton brand. I understand renovations are planned, but I wish we had been made aware of the hotel’s current state prior to booking. As it stands, this experience has left a poor impression of the Hilton brand.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Period. Hilton should be ashamed to have its name on this hotel. It's disgusting! The only positive element at all to our stay was that the manager, Juliana, gave us a full refund. Absolutely THE PITS. Even if you got the room for free, I'd recommend staying away. The rooms are gross and dirty, with stained carpets and broken everything. The noise level is insane. The staff seems genuinely overwhelmed and incapable, and in the end after 30 minutes here we didn't just leave ... we FLED.

"Horrible experience at this hotel"

Nothing like advertised. Not a 4 star hotel It's more like a 2 star. Staff young and inexperienced. Rooms are outdated, carpets are dirty with soiled stains maybe pet urine who knows. Don't be fooled jr. Suite or bunk beds are soo uncomfortable and rooms does not have chairs or desks so if you want to eat or write you do so on a bed. Parking is next door very narrow driving on a slope. No security and dangerous. They will charge you 35 dollars a day for parking that is if you can find a spot. The area filled with homeless people. Don't waste your money on this dump.

"Crappy hotel"

Our room smelled, the carpet was damp, the hotel is rundown, the pictures on the website are deceiving. This needs to be a two-star hotel, definitely is not what it used to be. The food is gross, the staff are a little rude when you bring up the problems in the room, housekeeping needs to do a better job. I bet Paris Hilton wouldn't stay here.

"Family Fun"

This was our first time staying at the Double Tree Inn. We stayed for two nights, and had a blast. Our room was 223, located at the top of the stairs on the second floor, which you can access directly from the lobby. That was pretty convenient if you didn't want to wait for the elevator. The room was like any other, with the basic two beds, a bathroom, and a closet. The shower was fairly clean, but could definitely use an upgrade. Speaking of upgrades do you know what else could use one? The parking structure. It's very small and can't accommodate many trucks. There is oversized parking in the back, but it's very limited around the property. I did end up parking my F150 in the garage, but it was a tight squeeze. Our two nights stay was very. We had fun at the pool and Jacuzzi. There is a fire pit, but everything closes at 10. We will definitely come back.
