Everything was as we expected. The best part was at the reception, so friendly. Nice guy. the breakfast was good. We will be staying at this hotel again. Such a Famous hotel. The Florida project was a nice touch.

I started questioning myself when we pulled in, but the check-in process was easy and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. When we entered our room, I was impressed with how clean and nicely decorated the room was. The shower did have a little bit of a slow drain, but it wasn't an issue that needed to addressed right away. The little refrigerator was cool but not cold and the pool was closed when we were there. We went to the complimentary breakfast, let's just say I'm glad that we didn't have to pay for it. It definitely needs to be improved. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and it was located near all the theme parks. My only critic is they must fix the elevator. Otherwise, I have to make sure they have rooms on 1st floor next time I book a stay here due to my bad knees and back.
