"Great Stay with Great Service!"

We stayed at this Delta for 3 nights in January as a little getaway to celebrate our engagement. Our journey there was a bit stressful due to winter weather and multiple flight delays. At one point we thought we might have to cancel altogether! The Front Desk team was incredibly responsive and helpful while I was communicating with them during the uncertainty, which we truly appreciated. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our engagement. When we got to our room we found a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself was great. Clean and modern. My favorite part was the bathroom! The floor-to-ceiling windows had a great view of the CN Tower. Soaking in a hot bath while looking out over the city was the perfect way to end a cold day of exploring! We attended a game at Scotiabank Arena during our stay, and the indoor PATH connection was extremely convenient, allowing us to walk to and from the game while avoiding the winter weather. On other days, we ventured outside and found plenty of dining options within walking distance, as well as easy access to the CN Tower and the aquarium. Every time we passed through the lobby, the Front Desk team was ready to help, happily providing bottled water whenever we asked. The cherry on top came on departure day, when our flight home was delayed yet again! They were able to accommodate a later checkout, which we so appreciated! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again the next time we’re in downtown Toronto!

Beautiful room, excellent service, and absolutely perfect location for convention. Toronto now has the UP train from the sir port to Union Station. This hotel is connected by the concourse and sky walk so one does not even have to go outside in winter to get from the airport to the hotel. (The train is great — no one should take other means — it’s faster and cheaper by far). The rate is crazy expensive (that’s Toronto), including the $18 cup of soup, but the stay could also not have been pleasanter — including the luxurious soaker tub. A special thanks to Samuel who helped with an accommodation. But everyone was helpful, friendly, and most welcoming. Thank you.

I love this hotel. The views, service, and comfort levels are amazing. I stayed here during a conference held at the hotel. Very convenient. I was able to have a good night’s rest and would strongly recommend this hotel. The price could be more reasonable, but I guess it’s on par with similar Toronto hotels.
