"Rough stay"

Pool was a mess, not heated. Spa was out of service and drained. We were told it was all heated and working. Not enough towels in room. It smelled bad and air did not work. Lobby was dirty and a mess. Only 1 worker up front. Took forever. Would not advise people to go here.

Save your money and go somewhere else if you’re looking for an actual hotel experience. Hotel website is inaccurate. You can tell the hotel does not care about making their guests feel welcomed. Every corner gets cut there.

Beds were comfortable . Continental breakfast is provided. No coffee makers in room. Fridge in room. Have nice black-out shades instead of curtains.

The front desk was amazing. The only junk part was there was only one working elevator and my room was all the way on the other side.
