Good food but disappointing service. We were placed out back next to a very noisy wedding party, despite plenty of tables apparently being available elsewhere in the restaurant. We could hardly hear ourselves speak. Very poor service, with our wait person visiting us infrequently. Our meals arrived without cutlery and went cold while we waited for it. Our ordered wine arrived after we had finished so we sent it back. Maybe it is better managed at brunch, but I would not recommend it for an evening meal.

We’ve been here several times over the years. This experience was disappointing. The waiter (Edmund) seemed to disappear. Ordered a glass of wine, had to remind him 3 times. Everyone after us got their entrees. He blamed the kitchen. He also blamed the bar for not getting our glass of wine. food was good. Waiter never came by the whole evening to see if we needed anything. Very disappointed.

We were disappointed with where we were seated. As we heard the inner workings of the restaurant. We watched/listened to a squabble between the manager & a female server who had a meltdown throwing the hot plates used for banana fosters around as she loudly grumbled. Our food was nothing special. We were disappointed with the entire evening. We would likely never go back,

We did the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The weather was perfect for dining in the beautiful courtyard. Although the food seemed average, the ambience & service was great! Really enjoyed the live music & attentive staff. Would I go again…not sure. However, it was a nice experience on our 1st trip to New Orleans.
