Ernest, our server, made our experience so easy and we felt pampered. The jazz trio with Michael Burkhart was AMAZING!. I want to live in that courtyard- such lovely atmosphere. Don't miss the whiskey bread pudding!!

We wanted a place to hear live jazz and have a variety of NOLA flavors for our birthday trip and this did not disappoint! Beautiful outdoor patio setting. Ernest and Kyree were the most gracious hosts and even were nice enough to take our group photo and sang happy birthday to us, gave us a brownie with a candle for us to blow out! Highly recommend, 5 stars to them!! The food I have to give 4-4.5 stars instead of 5 bc it was a bit overcooked and not the freshest, but that is to be expected with a buffet type setup.

The historic setting is great, but the brunch buffet was just so-so. It was crowded and we had a reservation. Many of the patrons touched the serving utensils with their fingers to scrape off food onto their plates. Our server never brought us water refills, so my husband had to get it for us. I can check this off my bucket list, but wouldn’t recommend or be returning.

The restaurant has a beautiful ambience but that’s all it has. It could be a great restaurant if owned and managed by someone who knows how to run a restaurant. The servers are not well-trained and seem like they were plucked right off the street for a job. The good news as horrible. Not a fine dining experience.
