Went for my DIL birthday after reading that this Jazz Brunch was highly recommended. VERY DISAPPOINTED. 1030 am reservation and still, had to wait almost 40 minutes. Service was spotty lots of servers but very slow bringing drinks. VERY POOR BUFFET setup. Items not filled for 20+ minutes and when asking when coming out received a mumbled response and shrugged shoulders. Waited 20+ minutes for the scrambl3d eggs and fried catfish to be filled and finally gave up. Lines for omelet stationary benidicts is combined and long and painful. Sweet section had same pitiful options the entire time and once and were never refilled the entire time we were there. Plenty5he no breakfast options...no carving station as advertised of beef and no ham there either. So many servers about and appeared to have lots of kitchen help other than doing the cooking and filling the steam table.

Escargot dish was 90% mushrooms, 2 Caesar salads with 1 anchovy, bills showed summary only (not what was ordered), had to ask for pens to sign the credit card receipt. Food and service disappointing. We live in the FQ and won't go back. Too many other choices.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning, the jazz music was good and unobtrusive, and Undrea was the best server you could ask for. The prices were so reasonable. This was a highlight of our New Orleans trip.
