After not going to the Court of the Two Sisters for years, I've been there for brunch twice this year. It's a little expensive ($36/person + tip), but it's definitely worth it. There's live music that is not overly loud and overpowering, and the food is excellent.

"Disappointing buffet experience"

The best thing about this restaurant was the courtyard, which is very pretty. Everything else was disappointing. Restaurant messed up our seating, and made us wait for another group to leave before giving us enough room. Buffet queue was really long. Food was average. Toilets awful. Beer warm. Server kept getting the checks wrong.

Visited here expecting the jazz brunch as advertised. We were seated in the courtyard which is so crowded there is very little room between the tables. The jazz band played for 5 minutes in an hour, and we could not hear them. The food is a mass produced buffet and is mediocre at best. A lot of the dishes were missing and not replaced. You have to pay extra for all drinks except coffee, which is horrible. This is typical example of an establishment ripping off tourists and living on a previous good reputation. My advice is don't bother with this place. There are plenty of much better alternatives.

"Thought it was a "tourist trap"...Boy Was i wrong!"

i thought the Court of the Two Sisters was a tourist trap...boy was I wrong! Having been in New Orleans a number of times before, I had formed that opinion for no good reason. This time a conversation with a local revealed that my opinion was formed in error. His reply to me was "That's no tourist trap, it's Great!" Arrived to find the "Charm Gate"then went in for brunch. Wow! Great variety of delicious foods and all you can eat! (See photos). My service team kept me in a great supply of lemonade and water, while I enjoyed local favourites as well as staples of any great buffet. I will be back!

"Enjoy the ambiance but that’s about it"

We had high hopes for this restaurant. It’s absolutely beautiful, from the outside dining area to the inside dining room, and you are set up to expect true southern cooking and hospitality. The menu offers a nice range of options. The fried green tomatoes and boudin balls and homemade pickles were good and flavorful. The crab cake entree was delicious, as was the fried catfish. However, we never received bread, even though we asked our server. We could not get a beer glass for our beer, and the prices were a lot for what you got. The biggest disappointment would have to be the shrimp and grits, which had none of the sausage the menu promised and the shrimp arrived in a pretty bland sauce served over lumpy grits and was lukewarm when delivered to the table. Super disappointing.
