It takes just a few minutes to walk down to all the action in Gatlinburg from the Comfort Suites. We went at the busiest time of year, unbeknownst to us. The town was a madhouse and I will never again visit at that time of year - last weekend of October. I guess there were several events going on. We were happy to get a room and they had plenty of parking. The hotel room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The place was packed. Breakfast was extremely busy. They didn’t replenish some of the offerings. It would be nice if they would’ve had at least oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs and maybe some bagels. The only complaint about the room was the noise. The people next to us had kids that were screaming and yelling after midnight. it was as if they were in our room. The next night was fine though, it was quiet. It’s to be expected in such a busy place. I really appreciate how close it is to restaurants and shops, you will too when you don’t have to fight the traffic and find a parking spot!

Hotel was a great option for the price. Lots of things to do near the hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean. We usually stay in another hotel in gatlinburg every year during this time, but we tried this new hotel over the weekend and we were surprised with how clean it was. There was plenty of good things to do nearby like Ripleys and Anakeesta and we had a great getaway with my family. Would recommend.

Super clean hotel and modern looking rooms. The staff was friendly and we had a great 3 night stay. I want to give a shoutout to Sara who cleaned our room, she was so sweet! It was about a five minute walk to the main drag. We will be back during Christmas!

BUGS ATE US ALIVE the first night. After contacting front desk we got moved to a bug free room for the second night. I have got no refund and still not been able to talk to the manager every time I call he is not as his desk. I hope is spending his time away from his desk with Terminix or Orkin. My girlfriend has pictures of the bugs on my back and all over my hands. They bit me I don’t know how many times the first night was absolutely miserable!!! Do yourself a favor stay away from this hotel unless you invest in a lot of bug spray!!

My family and I stayed at this property for one night in a two bed suite, while in town for a dance recital. The property and room were clean, and had all the amenities of a newer Choice hotel property. Breakfast was solid, a typical free hotel breakfast, but our kids did love the bear waffles. The staff were all friendly and recognized you as a Choice Rewards member at check in, which is always nice. The location is right in the center of town, just off Parkway, so it is very convenient to walk just about anywhere. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again if in downtown Gatlinburg.
