Went so many places and this one is the Worst experience that i ever had no customer service at all management was so disappointing can’t help you when in situation and you need manager support

We booked this hotel months in advance for our LA family trip, everything was confirmed and paid for. We showed up excited after a long day of travel, and the front desk acted like we didn't exist. When we told them we had a reservation, they said there was no record of our payment and basically told us to pay again or leave. It was late. My whole family was exhausted. We had proof of everything, and they still turned us away. We ended up at a motel far away, and the trip was ruined. worst part? We still haven't gotten our money back. Do not book here.

Very very bad experience in this hotel ,is a under new management,they never give you any good service , untrained staff nor even welcoming the customers Hotel room very dirty very bad area so many homeless people around the street , no breakfast and no one cares about customers I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel and I will never book again.

"Best Upscale Hotel in Burbank"

The Best Upscale Hotel in Burbank. The coast burbank is a phenomenal exceptionally clean four star Hotel. The shuttle service that is complementary to and from Warner Bros and Universal Studios and Burbank Airport was amazing. It saved us a lot of cost Ubering within the area. Additionally, the rooms are phenomenally large with amazing upscale showers with rainfall and luxury amenities. This is truly like a five star hotel, but for an affordable price the STAFF you are amazing and well taken care of. kudos to the management team. Also the restaurant all those bistro had amazing breakfast and the bartender Dennis went above and beyond and served us amazing appetizers and dinner. It was definitely worth the price and the atmosphere was very nice. This hotel has a very nice atrium style Italian medieval times look.

"Great staff BUT horrible leadership team"

Hotel and the staff are wonderful. There is a very visible lack of leadership at the hotel. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out , the tension between the staff and even customer’s and the manager, Sam, is very visible. We were greeted with a very rude reception by Sam at the desk as he backed up customers checking in while training what appeared to be a new employee. Instead of helping the backlog of people arriving, he did not assist the employees by rolling up his sleeves to help the employees with the backlog. If you’re selecting this hotel for the shuttle. Look elsewhere. Even with a reservation our shuttle from the airport was cancelled one day after the hotel was confirmed as a no refund. Reason cited was for vehicle maintenance, but it was in full service the next morning at 9 AM. We tried to get an early pickup from Universal Studios. Called 3 times with NO answer after 29 rings. Final result. We can pick you up on 90 minutes, so we took a Uber back only to see the pickup van parked in front of the hotel. Same thing happened with the Warner Brother trip the next day. Not the drivers fault. The hotel management just does not staff the shuttle hours appropriately for mid day trips. Hotel is wonderful as is the staff, just check to see who the manager is before booking.
