This was an amazing hotel for a first-time Boston trip. It is located in the heart of downtown, in the most walkable US community I’ve ever been to. It is situated right near the Old South Meeting House and the Old State Building, which is smack-dab in the middle of the Freedom Trail. Public transit is about 1 block away on all sides and rideshare drivers can pick you up right out front for easy access. We even had UberEats deliveries that were really easy to navigate. The room is clean and spacious and has plenty of amenities. We had a single queen with a standing shower, a desk with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and even a small electric stovetop. A great room for a great price. The only thing I wish was different is the toilet: you have to “pump” the flush handle to get it to clear out, but it’s manageable after you get the hang of it. The staff working here are attentive and kind. Juberto helped us with check in and check out (even let us check out an hour later at 1pm), and gave a friendly greeting every time we walked through the door. The English pub downstairs, Elephant & Castle, is a great respite after a long day sight-seeing and we appreciate Jimmy so much for how welcome he made us feel. We will definitely be coming back here! Thank you!

Our stay was great. Location is amazing. So close to everything. Public transit is super easy to get to and use from here. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The neighboring pub Elephant and castle has a great breakfast and other food. Bartender Jimmy there made us feel at home. Juberto at the front desk of Club quarters made our stay hassle free and even let us stay in our room an hour after check out because we had a later flight out that day. The room was clean and the kitchenette was a game changer. Allowing us to actually reheat any leftovers we had. Toilet was a little funny, flushed really quickly so you had to kind of rapid flush it to get it to go down but it worked once we figured that out. Had no issues with it being loud. Heat worked great. All in all a very welcoming, centrally located place to stay with great people working here. Thanks again to Juberto and Jimmy!

"A comfortable stay"

We stayed at Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston for one night to see a show in town. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our check-in and Check-out were seen to by Carla who was extremely helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything we might need. This hotel also provided filtered cold water and refillable bottles which were helpful. We will be back!
