Emet & Tony took great care of us during check in, check out, answered questions we had, and were very friendly with us and all other guests that went to the desk and called on the phone. Room was amazing with a fantastic view of the Memorial bridge! We had a great visit, loved the location close to train station, close to grocery store, restaurants, bars and walking distance to historic areas too!

Tony is an amazing person who greets customers was a big smile and works to ensure that customers feel welcome and their needs are met! He worked to ensure that my husband and I understood available parking options which saved us money. He also helped us get checked in with no issues after we had booked through a third party. Tony is an amazing asset to this hotel and will help to make sure all customers feel welcome and comfortable!

This is my go to hotel in Boston! It’s a great location easy to get to off the highway, easy access to Orange line and no station. But what makes this hotel so great is an excellent staff. Tony is always there to greet with a smile and take care of any needs I have. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing but praise for this wonderful Boston hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened. The staff has alway been very accommodating and friendly, the only attitude they have is a "Can Do" attitude. They consistently exceed my expectations. Hotel is always very clean and the services are on point. I interact regularly with the front desk staff, Tommy, Tony, Micah, Somaya, Zaheed and Joeseph and the sales staff Sarah & Victoria. All around a great hotel in a great location.

This was our 1st time stay here. My daughter picked this hotel because of its vicinity to TD Garden. At check in Tony was the best, helping us get a room on the same floor as my daughter, as we had to stay elsewhere our 1st night because they were completely booked. The views were great, & location was wonderful. One downside was my daughter's rooms refrigerator only stayed on for 2 hours then off for six. I'm all for energy efficiency but that is useless. She had to throw her leftovers away. Luckily we had a regular fridge. The bar had no beer on draft, & I payed $25 for two Sam Adam's! Cell phone signal is spotty on the higher floors. Overall, we were very happy with our stay & will return.
