I checked in on Monday night while in town for a WWE event at TD Garden, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel has recently been remodeled, and the updates really show—new carpets and drapes gave the room a fresh, modern feel, and the lobby was absolutely spectacular and spotless. The check-in hosts were warm, welcoming, and efficient, setting the tone for a great stay. A special thank you to Delroy, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. stayed here during Christmas 2025 on MM4 rate. the room is super nice with a magnificent view and the Director of Operations checking me in around noon time was really professional and accommodating. overall the hotel is really pretty and clean with a cozy ambience. i kept thinking abt my room whether it's a regular room or an upgrade because it was big and has a pull out sofa and the view was so nice. i didn't expect everything would be closed duủing Christmas probably bc i'm asian lol but the China Town near there was cool too. might return for a Boston Celtics game

My friend and I just stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station for a show at TD Garden and it was a great experience! Tommy at the front desk was super friendly and inviting and our room had a great view of the North End and the planes taking off/landing! Our room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend!🙂
