PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!! My family (pregnant wife and two boys) planned on staying at this location October 17-19. It was around 11-12 at night after walking the strip. Upon entering the room we saw a roach crawling up the wall. We walked right out and at the entrance of the room door were a couple dead roaches on the ground. We spoke with the clerk who gave us another room but my wife was not having it and they stated with other family members down the road at another hotel. Being so late I couldn’t find one for all of us so I stayed without another option. I never went back and got in touch with the clerk via phone and email. They said they would check into it and issue a refund due to unsanitary conditions. After a few days we tried to talk to the manager but the clerk said the manager would call us back but never did. We have emails and proof of the conditions but never got it resolved. We had no choice but involve our bank who’s looking into it but who knows at this point! That’s around $500 in the trash!! PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE! ANOTHER FAMILY LEFT AS WE WERE WALKING TO OUR ROOM!

The room we stayed at had rats and a leaking ceiling, and when we asked for the front desk to address the situation, front desk was very rude to us and refused to help. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and threw away all the food we had with us. This is a health violation and unacceptable!

Overall it wasn’t too bad, there are something’s that should be addressed for example bathtub curtains were not cleaned, trash in the hallway were not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. A picture added just showing one thing that stand out. Safety issue in the bathroom no place to hold on getting in and out bathtub, lighting in the room was very poor. Now receptionist was very nice, breakfast was amazing, kitchen area was kept clean as well as the lobby.

We were in the second building (up the hill) which made it VERY difficult to get ice. The second building Ice machine was out of order. The room had a wood burning fireplace, but no wood so we didn’t use it. The lobby, where we played cards at night was cold. They had an electric heater in the room but it didn’t warm anything up really!! The sausage at breakfast was N A S T Y!! Eggs were decent, waffles were great!! No fresh fruit offered🙃.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go in town. The location was great, walkable to Anakeesta and the strip and resturants. Our room was clean and nice and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and had good variety. Our room could of used an updated paint job and brighter/more lights in the room but we hope to stay there again next Christmas season as it was great location to watch the parade.
