"Branson Holiday Lights Tour"
December 2019
Very easy to book, and the staff at Tripster and VIP were very friendly. The stop at te Branson Hotel was much quicker and at the beginning though the literature said mid-way through. it would have been much better then. Lighting at the VIP location at night is not good, but it is directly across from the Wax Museum. The tour guide was very knowledgable and offered interesting information on the history of Branson. The light shows was really great from the 1 mile starter area to the 2 mile zoo. Though in a large van/shuttle, it would be best to have low back seats for this type of viewing. Some blockage occurs as lights are on both sides.

Tip: The location is accross from the Wax museum and the rurn us right next to a turn to another road. If winter-ish weather, heavy coats not really needed.

This was our first trip to Branson. We wanted to get a feel for the place. I think I was more confused after the tour! There are roads going everywhere! Main drag and red, yellow and blue (I think) routes .... but those routes let you avoid the heavy trafficked main drag. So no fault of the driver - it was just a lot of roads! We saw a lot of the theaters. We saw Table Rock lake and dam and trout hatchery. We saw Lake Taneycomo and learned that it used to be a river. We rode to Hollister. Stopped at a couple of scenic overlooks. Our driver was Mike - very nice and knowledgeable. Good tour to get the feel for Branson! It’s located right across from the wax museum.

We were a party of 4 and had a wonderful time. The wine tastings & distillery we visited were awesome. Joe is very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. We then went to Black Oak Grill for dinner. Service was outstanding and food was out of this world. Had a steak which was cooked to perfection. On the way back, we stopped to see a beautiful sunset, end to a perfect day. So worth taking this tour!!!
